    o 08/26/2022 oPaid $6,750.69 oBusiness committed to provide a new 2022 6x10 Mirage Xpres White 66 Interior Enclosed Cargo Trailer.oThe first week of October (less than 2 weeks from purchase) driver-side tire wore out and the passenger side was 1/3 worn out. Had the trailer inspected by a mechanic who determined that the axles were installed crooked and unleveled causing damage to the tires. I attempted to contact the business via phone call and was unable to reach them. Sent them pictures and conversation on Oct. 19th, 2022, at 1:59pm. Had to replace the tire out of pocket. oFriday November 18th 8:01am, sent more pictures of second worn-out tire with conversation and got no response. Went in on Nov. 22, 2022, to attempt to resolve problem and to let them know I was already on my third tire replacement in 2 months of usage on the new trailer. They responded that I had to go online and file a warranty with the factory. I went ahead and filed the claim the following day. oI have had to replace another tire since then, totaling 4 tires so far.oThe business has not tried to resolve the problem and only directed me to the manufacturer. I paid for them in full and expected a new working product, not a faulty one that had my business time and money. The business should be responsible for rectifying issues with products that they sell, especially new ones that have been brought to their attention soon after purchase. I have had to and continue to have to replace tires on a new product which is an expensive inconvenience and should not be my issue considering that the item was supposed to be new. The business has been unhelpful and has not provided good service. I am all-around disappointed and want to get this resolved quickly as it continues to be a problem for my business and livelihood.     We bought a trailer from Trailer Source Nevada in March 2022. It was agreed with the current manager Louis that we would be leaving our trailer with them until we could get a skid steer from another local dealer. Louis said it would be no problem even though the wait could be a year plus. In any case, during this past year, Louis (who was amazing and was the reason why we were repeat customers because of his knowledge and kindness) was replaced with Bryce. We told Trailer Source that we would be coming in July to take our trailer to Long Beach port July 2023 because we finally got our machine. When we went to Trailer Source, our trailer was dirty and so we asked Bryce to wash it down before our transporter came in case Matson didn’t accept it with all of the dust. Bryce said they would. Our transporter was running late, so we left for Long Beach before he picked up our trailer. The next morning, we got to Matson only to discover that Trailer Source did not wash down our trailer, but more importantly, they did not check the trailer before releasing it to our transporter and our ramps (the only way to get our machines up and down) we’re both missing. Bryce then began to place the blame on our transporter even though it was Bryce’s failure to make sure our transporter was picking up a complete product, not the transporter. Bryce of Trailer Source has taken no responsibility for his and his company’s failure to do their job and has even said that he will not be helping to ship the ramps to Hawaii. He didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake. We even had to call a Trailer Source in Utah to get dimensions of the ramps in order to get a quote for shipping. They could not even do that for us. We will not be purchasing trailers from Trailer Source Nevada ever again. This is a company that does not take responsibility for their own shortcomings and instead tries to put the blame on others.

    Crystal and Bryson, I'm honestly shocked by this review after everything we did for you guys and this trailer... We bent over backwards trying to accommodate you guys and even let you park your trailer on our property for over a year for FREE! You and Bryson came and inspected the trailer the same day it was picked up by the transporter and said everything was there and it was good to go. Then, a few hours later the transporter picked up the trailer and he inspected it and said everything was good. Then a few days later we get a call saying the ramps were missing and they you want us to ship them to Hawaii and that we have to pay for everything. Sorry, we just weren't willing to do that. I called Bryson and told him that I would be happy to get him a set of ramps, but he would have to get them to Hawaii on his own. He said he was fine with that. Everything seemed good. He said thanks for everything and all seemed good. Now, out of nowhere, we get an email from BBB saying Crystal has left us a negative review. Not really much more I could have done for these customers. We accommodated them from the very beginning. We appreciate the business of all our customer's and always strive to do what we can to make sure they are happy with their experience. Unfortunately, sometimes we come across customers that just want to still be unsatisfied no matter what we do. I wish Crystal and Bryson well in their future endeavors and appreciate their business.
