Anytime Home Services had an employee come out to assist my water heater. That person put a work order in for a new one. The next day, another employee came to put the new water heater. He busted a pipe that caused water damage to the walls: adding to the previous damage and causing damage a whole new area. He left knowing there was a leak. He stood out by the meter for awhile, he would've seen there was a leak, then sat in his truck for about a half hour before leaving. When I called for help from the company that basically left us in a flash flood warning with no water for 24 hrs refusing to get an emergency plumber. Stating "You" can get one yourself. I was told by the manager that he would contact me to resolve my issue and he has not contacted me about any compensation or damages since. It's been a week. The day of two he pipe flooding our laundry room I was able to shut off the water before it got to the electric circuit. It was a because of a carpet soaking up the water that prevented it. I have damages to multiple home items. And the company only reached out for me to pay the rest of cost for their services. I asked for the company insurance information to place a claim and they refuse to give it. The day of the flooding the manager wanted me to use my own home insurance to cover the cost and he would pay the deductible. That's NOT right!! why should I pay for their mistake. I was also told that ***** has caused damages to other homes as well.I have documented ************** from the company's report shows there were no leakages. He stated it twice. Company refuses to give the report.I paid $380 to them and $80 for ********.

Good afternoon we were out for a water heater for this customer while there for installation  we discovered  a pin hole leak in copper pipe at the base of the wall in another room that had nothing to do with the installation of the water heater. out of courtesy we tried helping out to stop the leak even though we did not create . we will attach photos

I am rejecting this response because:

i Cannot upload the video please advise how to send . Its my evidence

    1. No flooding before the water heater installation. Pipe busted from pulling during the installation. The videos show leakage from different angles of the pipe which aligns with pulling not a pinhole in the pipe.
    2. ***** admit to not having room to maneuver . Before he came we dismantled the counter tops in the laundry room. The room directly behind the bedroom where the water heater door is.The water heater space is connected to the bedroom and laundry room. On the laundry room side there are counter top/ cabinets that cover the wall area; however, when removed the water heater is exposed as it sits on a square cavity of the wall. The cabinetry / countertop pieces were moved / dismantled for easier access, ***** refused to work in that area. He confidently said, I dont need to work there. He also stated the job would only take 20 to 30 min.

i state this because , later upon his return he said, he had a hard time reaching the connecting pipe. Its my our opinion that instead of welding an extension, being able to move the water heater alone he yanked / pulled on the pipes. It lead to its damage / bursting.
    3. The water meter. The water meter was checked by the employees who came before and after the work done, He proceeded with the installment because there was no leak and it was safe to work. He checked the meter seen the leak & left. Its likely he ran away from his mistake. ***** the welder and person who originally assessed the water heater mentioned that when turning the water back on it was obvious, from the meter reading, that there was a leak.
    4. ***** also mentioned this is a usual thing for home to clean up ****** messes because his done this before.
    5.  The fixing of the pipe was not a curtesy it was fixing of a mistake by an employee. A pinhole opening in a pipe doesnt flood 2 within  30 min and go unnoticed for 2 days.
The damage came out of the storage room and reached about 3 of flooring . If you look in the video youll see a blanket on the floor soaking up the water , its outside of the storage room door. At the rate of the water leakage over that type of area its obvious it just happened.
    Sincerely,

So also, I would like to add that *****, the welder had made three different trips to the closest **********/******. Because he was having a hard time with the fitting of the copper pipe.

He definitely could've caused The melting of the pipe  In the soldering process creating that hole that he took pictures of for his company.

I humbly asked that you tell me how I can send my video so you can see that it's not a simple leak. That the water is coming out from multiple parts of the pipe because it was pulled on.

On February 16, 2024, I paid Anytime Home Services $300.00 a half down payment for installation for a new hot water heater and the balance of $300.00 to be paid on February 26, 2024. Anytime Home Services of Nevada installed a new hot water heater but I have not received the 6 year warranty, operations manual or the permit that ensures that the installations meet the safety standards and are in compliance with building codes. Otherwise I could face fines and have to have the work redone and encounter difficulties when selling my property. Additionally insurance claims related to improperly permitted work may be denied. As of today March 26, 2024, I have received nothing. I have called repeatedly to be told that I would be sent the paperwork in the mail. I have contacted my Home warranty company (who suggested Anytime Home Services of Nevada) and had supervisors from the my Home warranty company company call Anytime Home Services and they were told the paperwork would be in the mail. On March 21, 2024 I emailed a supervisor at my Home warranty company asking for help about this problem and I followed up with at least two phone messages. To dates I have not heard back from my Home warranty company.
