      Date of transaction February 6th 2025 I sent in to use a coupon of $89 for 3 months for a weight program the girl talked me in two three months of the program for $900 telling me at least four pounds in a week every weekend and so on I'm disabled mentally and I don't understand everything and I should have had my social worker go with me anyway I decided to get my money back $900 was too much money for me cuz I'm disabled I'm fixed income I'm 70 years old they told me because I signed a non-refundable paper that I couldn't have my money back even though I put down that I had psychological problems and I didn't sign everything on the paper they continue to tell me that I understood everything and then they weren't even in the office was just me and this one other girl I tried to resolve it we've tried to resolve it and then my friend that they're unsuccessful at budgies they told me to get a doctor's letter and I could get my money back so I got a doctor's letter and take it to them and they still refuse to give me my money back they have to discuss it with the director now and I feel it was false advertising the way they got me to get in there and the first place giving you all kinds of deals when you really don't know what's going on so in fact is they tell me they would give him a money back if the doctor would give me a letter and I got the letter took it to them and they won't give me the money if they promised

      Yes they want to settle but they're not they're making me pay for things that in the beginning they told me we're free like lab tests to the tune of $275

      Slim body MD offered me $625 when they have $900 of mine and charge me for the lab test and the office visit which they told me was free at the time so really if they want to take out the shots they gave me that day I'm good with that but I'm not good with them keeping money from me that they told me was free during our office consultation

      And the receipt they gave me is not true they gave me two vitamin shots they didn't give me the other shot they told me that the labs were free and the office visit was $25 and then they wanted to give me back 625 out of $900 and I just don't think that's right they can give me what they charge me for the shots but not for the lab work that they said was free
