      My issue is i can not seem to get ahold of anyone that either cares or is willing to help me figure and get what was stolen from me i have 2 charges that i never made on my ******************* debit card one at the front desk and other in reservation i never made em nor. Did i stay one charge on 10/09/2021 for $133.88 and other 10/11/2021. For $205.89 how do i get my money back or get something done and not be at a loss once again?? please help me

      Check in on 10/29/2021 Aquarius Hotel in Laughlin Nevada. Wife woke me up around Midnight bcuz she felt like being bitten by animal. After turning on the light. Discover an adult bed bug still alive and crawling on the bed sheet. Manager offer to move us on different room but wife said she cant stay in this motel. Ruins our wedding anniversary. Will be throwing away all cloths and luggage that was brought to that room. Requesting full refund and compensation for replacement amount of cloths, gas, inconvenience..

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/19) */ We have previously spoken to Mr. *** and advised him that the room was checked by a third party pest control company. The company found no evidence of pests/insects in the guest room. Additionally, our records indicate that Mr. *** was issued a credit for his one night stay and no other charges wwere incurred and/or billed. We are sympathetic to his experience; however due to no evidence of pests/insects found, no additional compensation will be provided. Thank you.
