    customer, *****************************, stated that he had cloudy ice. We went back and removed the reverse osmosis system that we sold him, and put in a brand new one. He had the same problem. ******* said he had the same problem with a similar fridge, and it was the ice maker. he had the ice maker replaced in it. 

    'We took the system that we removed from his house and installed it in the home of the owner of ******************** Water Systems.  We did not change anything on reverse osmosis, and we have clear ice,

    ******* knows that the fridge ice maker had issues making cloudy ice and admitted it to *****, the technician, but wants to blame our system when he knows it is the fridge.  We have exhausted every possible way to make him happy except to remove the reverses osmosis and return his money. We are going to call him and get our equipment and return his money back to him if that what he so chooses to do.
