I've changed with these people for printer services and Jeff the owner promised me that he will give me my money back if I keep two printers instead of one because he sold me on two of them pushing it on me, so I took two and he told me he will pay all the money that I put in for a second printer back which was close to $6000 and he was going to downgrade me to only one printer and now we just emailed back-and-forth and he's not even answering anymore or responding to my concerns I do not want to do business with them and I want them to free me off my contract they can come in and take their Printers I just want to be done with them.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/09/27) */ Contact Name and Title: Jackie S**** Senior Acct Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: js****@ais-now.com Sales rep attempted to resolve issue with customers misunderstanding by asking how she came up with a refund breakdown of $6000. AIS remit payment of $1300 per the signed sales agreement on 9/18/20. Check **** was issued on 10/22/20 for $1300. AIS closed out ALL *************** Bills as stated in signed sales order agreement. Lease for current printer 406ci will remain for 31 months and then will drop off to only the new printer 4053ci. AIS picked up 4 old printers from *************** as stated in signed sales order agreement. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2021/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The AIS took my paid off 3 machines, JEFF one of the owner he's a liar and manipulator. They took my 3 machines paid off I asked him specifically, Dude just give me one he tricked me and told me to take another one only for 10 months and he will pay me all the payments back and take that one back instead he put another contract on it and totally ignored my request. Every time when I talk to him he's avoiding the question I even have his emails to prove that he's being ridiculous and I'm not happy with the respond I want them to take their machines they are working fine and I do not want to work with them anymore because they never honor what they promised Dude just give me one he tricked me and told me to take another one only for 10 months and he will pay me all the payments back and take that one back instead he put another contract on it and totally ignored my request.
