I have a pool that was resurfaced by Adams Pools with pebble tech 10 yr warranty. Last payment 6-18-17. I paid 14k for the work. In the first year or two, the pebbles were coming up and leaving a flat gray looking spot a couple inches round in a couple spots (6 or so). They came out and put underwater clear puddy or something over it and pushed fresh new pebble into it so it looks ok from above ground. It does not bond and pebbles keep coming up and I have more spots now and streaks in some areas that cover 15' by 4' or so. They say that's normal and nothing they can do about it. Natural fading. The issue is the pebbles seem to be coming up which is why the gray concrete is showing more. They want to keep putting a temporary bandaid fix on it every year because it comes up that quick until my warranty is up. I paid a lot of money for it and this is what I am stuck with. I would have addressed this sooner but Covid has prevented me from calling them back out. They were here a couple weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from them on what they want to do.

The customer does have a ****** prorated warranty. A date has been set in October for the pool to be drained and the patches he is referring to be done with the actual pebble material. The repairs done previously were with epoxy because it was not feasible to drain at that time.
    Repairs have been scheduled.
