    I came to my unit and was denied access. I have had harassment issues with the manager in which I recorded and more. I just want peace and access to my unit. I have been with the company for longer than the current management with no issues until recently. I have contacted corp and was not able to reach them. I need help. My children items are in there and more. Highly appreciate it.

    To Whom It May Concern:  I am ******** ********* the manager of Towne Storage referring to ****** ******* unit here at MLK Towne Storage.

    We did not refuse her accesses to her unit On December the 8TH which is on a Sunday, and we are not staffed. I came into work on Monday December 9th and found that the system went down. I had many calls and did respond to them, which included Ms. ******** she responded Thank You for letting me know, because I did apologize for the inconvenience.

    There have been many situations with Ms. ******** and I have tried to work with them and move forward. I found her with her dog in the unit with the door down, which is not allowed per policy. I found her with just her Bra (undergarment on). Her male friend was sleeping on the cart that is used to carry belongings. I asked if she slept here, she said no they work strange hours. I said OK discussing that it also against policy.

    I have another incident that they left a U-Haul in our gates after hours, no permission and U-Haul came and towed away. Which U-Haul stated it passed and belong to a Lake **** Location. U-Haul said that they tried to contact them and no response, so they were coming to get their vehicle.

    Other situations with leaving property late (which she was not charge for) I was trying help her out. As, she has always been late on rent and after 6 day the gate is locked on the unit. our record of payments will show that.

    I am truly sorry that it to come to this. I have always again tried to work with her. She has not always been easy to talk to. She is currently late 5 as of Dec 28, 2024, her rent is due on the 23rd of December.

    Hello, I have attempted to pay my storage in full on many accounts. I was using funds from two cards (debit, direct deposit from my work). Although I was able to produce the full amount of my storage, I was told that the system was unable to take my payments (even with split pay in cash). Thus, I was given additional charges plus another months pay. I would just like to pay off my balance and remove my items within reasonable means. So appreciate your help.

    Good Morning!

    In response to the claims from our customer *************************** please see below the circumstances surrounding her concerns:

    - ****** attempted to pay with multiple payment types, which have all declined .
    - Due to several failed payment attempts ******'s account started accruing late fees, which resulted in her account reaching lien status and also accruing a lien fee.  
    - ****** tried on several occasions to return with different forms of payments to pay her account, each time transactions were attempted,one or more cards declined, so the transactions could not be completed.
    -The payment process has been explained to ****** each time,****** has been reluctant to understand. ****** has since blamed us for her account becoming delinquent, and reaching auction status. ****** has requested late fees and lien fees be removed, these fees have accrued as a result of her failure to pay her account.
    - To resolve ******'s concerns at any time ****** can pay her account current with a form of payment that does not decline.
