They are harassing me come to my house banging on the door when I open it walk straight in and say nothing. Whoever ***** ***** is put a target on me. I made and arrangements to pay 400 then got an eviction the next day with a different amount from the usual. Also late fees change monthly. I feel like they might be in my house when I am gone taking my papers from the evictions why hold it for 3 months knowing I don't have an income and wouldn't let me pay anything this was a set up. The one I got before was actually on my bed. Not on my door. They had a mandatory exterminator that day like why is it a good idea to play with people personal spaceBusiness Response

This is the first time it is being brought to our attention concerning people banging on her door and walking straight in without saying anything. The last time our maintenance staff was in her unit was on 9/5 for an open work order Ms. ***** placed with permission to enter for a broken kitchen drawer and a metal entry door issue.
I have attached the promise to pay Ms. ***** submitted on 8/19 which was after the attached 7 day notice date of 8/7 for the amount of $1,012.40. Ms. ***** is correct we do not accept partial payments which is why she was originally turned away with her $400 payment. The August 7 day notice she found on her bed would've been placed there by someone in her unit and not our pest tech since he wasn't in her unit until 8/14.
I have attached the complete ledger since for some reason the one Ms. ***** attached is missing the last line with the correct total amount due. Late fees are assessed to the current month's amount due, it doesn't include any previous balances since we have already charged late fees to that amount.
There are tenant's who do not report issues with their unit which is why management has to perform mandatory inspections for any building/units we continue to have complaints for.
My suggestion for Ms. ***** is to make sure those residing with her in the unit not touch the notices placed on her door moving forward.

Complaint: 22274912I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,****** *****I have no one to call but the office I've asked for a corporate number or someone other then the office to talk to. My whole house had to leave for the inspection we all came back together so I am confused how someone in my household put this on my bed. I called and talked to ***** about the maintenance guy banging on my door. This is why I need legal help because of these lies as you see on the ledger I will upload again it says $1012 then fees went somewhere then it changed to 959. This is a set up because if you know I have no income why not accept the $95 monthly? If you know for a fact you received the money from section 8 on the first starting in June? Not allowing me to make partial payments while you put on late fees for something not my fault is unethical and I have obtained a lawyer because I've been harassed since I moved here. I made 2 work orders since being here each time it has took months for them to come. They said they fixed the shower last year and didn't thats when I first saw the roaches coming out of the shower post he was fixing with 1000 roaches in the tub from it. Why would I have to report it if he maintenance guy was working on something and that many roaches came out. When the tenant behind me moved they got worse. When the tenant up under me moved they got way worse and she can arrest I had no furniture until September because she gave me some furniture. The fact they are trying to make it seem like I brung the roaches is insane. Especially when your whole complex has roaches. I have been to at least 5 apartments in 5 different buildings and everyone has roaches. How can you blame his on me. Yes I have a young child but so does so many others. To put a whole building infestation on 1 person is insane. Especially the fact I threw my whole apartment before this away and had my bed in bags when I moved in is insane to me. I literally don't have dressers and just got a couch a year ago smh. Instead of fixing the problem they would rather find someone to blame and try to take my section 8. This is what Nevada landlords do I hear. But I am here to make sure nobody else goes through this. How is this legal? He saw all those roaches and said or did nothing. My daughter is my witness since their maintenance workers never see anything. Please explain how you can still say $1012 when those late fees shouldn't be on there smh. Imagine how many people they have evicted and credit they have messed up because they change their fees the way they want.Business Response

After reviewing Ms. ****** ledger I called the phone number we have on file and left a message for her to return my call. I did find a discrepancy however it doesn't fall on the landlord, it falls on the Housing Authority. The office phone number to reach me at is ************.Initial Complaint

Good Day With the utmost respect to our current & former residents. As with any past resident, we have issued the Final Accounting Statement with any refund due, according the ****** Law. I respectfully & humbly disagree with our former residents' description & characterization of the apartment. I invite everyone to question me about their Move Out Charges. We should never rush to judgment.
Sincerely

This unit is infested with German cockroaches, I have not been able to move into the unit due to this problem. I have paid my rent on time every month for an apartment I cant move into due to this problem. I noted this problem on the move in sheet thinking that this problem would be fixed however every time I go to the unit there are roaches crawling around. I can not/will not live in an apartment full of roaches. Every time I explain this to the employees, I am told that they would put me on the list for the apartment to be sprayed. The apartment has been sprayed several times, and there is still a ***** infestation obviously, its not working . They keep telling me that the pest control people say that there is no infestation, which is not true .my resolution to this problem would be to move into a different unit without roaches.Business Response

I'm sincerely troubled by any resident complaint when it involves "habitability". In this case my assistant manager, ***** & myself personally inspected said apartment. I looked in & around the; kitchen sink & cabinets, oven, refrigerator, fireplace, water heater, guest bathroom. With all due respect, I did not find one pest living or dead. I asked our resident if she could point out where she was seeing them ? she could not. We've also had pest service treat the apartment & will continue to do so upon our resident's request. Based on the Pest Control technicians inspection & treatment, we will certainly discuss switching locations.
I invite anyone to visit our community & will answer any questions. We're here to serve our residents.

I am rejecting this response because: see videos of live and dead roaches that I showed to management, and I was denied the opportunity to move to a different unit without roaches . Management stated that all of their units have roaches due to the fact that its impossible to keep roaches out with the wires and lines going into the units. Management invited you all to come and inspect the units. I advise you to talk to the residents.
Sincerely,

As I stated in my original response, the assistant ************************, myself & the resident inspected her apartment. I could not find any pests the resident was claiming were in her apartment, I commented "I'm striking out finding any, can you show me where they are ?". With all due respect, the resident could not. The resident called for a pest control treatment which occurred on January 18 by a licensed/certified Pest Service. A followup treatment by the same pest company happened the following week on January 25, with "No Activity Found". I told our resident we would clean her apartment. We have not heard from our resident about any further problems in the two weeks hence. I will gladly meet with our resident & inspect her apartment to verify her claims. Respectfully ***************** Manager
