1 starI took my 2002 Ford E 250 Econoline there for front end work, fix the steering. So I go to pick it up I get the keys and receipt. I paid $680.00 bucks total. Nothing but the total due on the receipt. (It wasn't itemized) Red Flagg I went to my vehicle and my Bully Step sides were stolen. I got in to test drive and I couldn't even turn the wheel to the left completely maybe a 3rd of the way. I new nothing had been done. I went back into the store oh im sorry I thought it was done. Come on really!!? They had no intention on doing any work to it. I looked underneath not a singal part was replaced. No alignment done on it absolutely nothing. The manager says oh we'll replace the step sides I'm sorry and we'll get it fixed. I was so pissed. Well they didn't keep there word and nothing was done. Never called me to say hey it's done and come and pick it up. While it was there then my driver side window was broken out. My stereo system and amp stolen. $500.00 bucks. Then they dump it off in the parking lot next store. Well it gets ticked for $365.00 Damages Done I half to replace: The Bully Step sides $80 bucks Window & tint $70 bucks Stereo system and Amp $500 bucks Plus an alignment $150 And Parts: Center link Center link extension & Tie Rods Labor $700.00 And a the Ticket $365.00 So I'm out at least $1865.00 These guys are scam artists There rip offs Don't take your car there. From the looks of the reviews this has been going on for some time. There license needs to be pulled. I am contacting my lawyer and taking them to court.Review fromDavid F

1 starI took my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix to AA Auto in Anne and Decatur in July and I needed a radiator flush at the time because I had some rust in there. Fast forward until the last week in September when I was driving and my warning lights came on that the engine was overheating. I looked at the gauge and it was in the red. I instantly pulled over and turned the engine off. I lifted my hood and started to inspect the problem. I noticed the radiator overflow reservoir was bone dry. I waited until the engine cooled to open the radiator to further inspect. The radiator was dry as far as I could tell. I had to walk to a place of business and get 3 jugs of water to add to the radiator and overflow reservoir. When I got the radiator to level all I saw was rust with the water I had added. I didn't see one sign of coolant anywhere and it I was pissed. I managed to get the car home and immediately called AA Auto on Anne Rd and Decatur to speak to the manager. I told him the situation and told him I didn't see any signs of coolant and doubting him that they never did do a flush. He started yelling at me on the phone and cussing. He told me to F off and he hung up on me. I immediately called the Centennial Hills store asking the clerk for a regional manager and his number. She wouldn't give it to me and said she would pass the information on to him. It's been 10 days now and I haven't heard back. I resorted to calling the corporate office but it just rings and rings. I paid $ 125.95 for the do called radiator flush and $627.03 for a twin cooling radiator fan which I probably never needed. A total of $753.03 these scammers took from me. I am going to Darcy Spears at Channel 13 Investigative Reports and I will be talking to a lawyer soon.Review fromTyshekia H

1 starTook my car here in July for over heating. 24 hr later we are charged $2200 for head gaskets. It took 3 almost 4 weeks to get the car back just to return it 15 minutes later for the same over heating. At this point it became a circus act. Every other day it was something new then the manger as we would contact him for an isolate became irate saying he didn’t understand why we were upset. Finally two weeks later on August 14th I contacted the Regional/District manager whom at the time apologized for the inconvenience and said he would look into it. 15 minutes later the car was ready after receiving the run around for an additional 2 weeks. After picking up the car within 36 hours the car stalled on the freeway. We had to have it towed home paying out another $120. We reached out to the regional/district manager again advising what has happened. I told him we wouldn’t return the car due to all the issues we had John(the district manager never responded). The manager Rolando ended up complaining to another guy about the situation saying he was advised by John( the district/regional manager) not to do any additional work on the car just release it. After this my husband reached out to John (the regional/district manager) again regarding the issue he hung up on my husband and blocked him. Then someone else called from the business advising my husband not to contact John or the business anymore saying they wouldn’t be giving the car regardless, although I never had a plan to return it. I would never refer anyone to this place. Rolando was nice up until we paid then he became an ******* as well as the regional/district manger)Review fromCOURTNEY M

1 starI took my F-150 in for a smog check and figured I would get a synthetic oil change while it was there. They charge me for an extra quart of oil because of the size of my tank (5qts in total) and for a new filter. The next day while I was driving every time I would come to a stop my “low oil pressure” alert would come on for a few seconds, then go off a few seconds then come back on, ect. So I took it to a mechanic friend to have them check it out. They said the oil was pitch black and overfilled, guessing that they just topped off what was already in there instead of changing anything. The filter also was not changed. I had him video all of this since it was literally within 24 hours of the “oil change”. This place should be shut down, they are scamming customers.Review fromAvi H

1 starCONSUMERS BE WARE !!!ROLANDO AND AA AUTO CARE ARE A BIG SCAM . Read before you go . Back in August 2023 my transmission broke down and I towed my car to AA auto center. Living in Orange county CA I left the car there and drove back with a rental back home . Rolando contact me after few days with the price to replace my transmission, I ask him about the warranty since I leave in CA and If I will issues again I won't be able to bring my car back to him ,Rolando then said to me he the work will be under "Napa car care warranty " which is Nation wide coverage for 12k miles and 12 months that been said I authorized him to fix my care ,paid in full in advance and about 2 weeks after the car was ready. We transported the car back and all was good until beginning of February 2024 the transmission fell again and the car is not drivable, I contacted Rolando and he ask me to take the car to any repair shop to diagnos the issue and to send him the report. 2 days after I send to Rolando the estimate and the nightmare begone. At first the Higley "responsive " Rolando didn't answer my call and they put me on hold for more the 20 minutes then a call again 3 time left massages on his cell and the shop no answer till they closed . I called the next day to the shop in the morning again no one pick up after second called in a row I got a message for Rolando saying he "still not in the store but he forwarded my issue to the owner and he is waiting for an answer "this is after 4 days after my first conversation with Rolando. Singing something is not right I called Napa Care care center a d I found out the AA Auto Center stop there contract at November of 2022 and on top of they told me they never cover transmission replacement. 1 starIt took 1 month for the transmission to be ordered, they kept my truck for an additional 3 weeks in their parking lot before actually working on it. Once I complained about the timing, they then called me 2 days later and told me to pick up my vehicle. Two weeks later, I got stranded in California, had to tow my vehicle to another auto shop who stated the hoses was not connected, the screws were missing from the trans to the radiator and the band was broken in the trans causing the trans fluid to waste out. After the hassle of towing fees, hotels fees and paying a different auto shop to filled the fluids and reset it back into the bracket with bolts, a few hours later back to vegas the truck began smoking again with burnt fumes. I informed AA Auto, gave receipts, pictures and videos of the other auto shop statements, they stated I had 2 days until warranty expired! Thinking they will fix this issue while covered under the trans warranty, they called me today stating due to my tire size on the truck, the transmission warranty place will not cover. I am still financing the trans!! They received my vehicle before expiration of warranty, I've been waiting for weeks for a respond; all to state their is nothing they can do. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered! They refused to give me the number to corporate, they've hung up on me twice!! and its been 2-3 months of this experience back and forth regarding fixing my vehicle. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST CAR SERVICE!Review fromNui J

1 starHorrible service. You bring parts to replace they claim to replace you double check their work same old part. They also charge you for parts you don't need they fail to properly diagnose the problem and just throw parts at it hoping something works. You constantly either have to bring your car back to fix their mistakes or end up fixing it yourself. They'll tell you they replaced the seals and gaskets but reuse the old ones even if you bring complete gasket kits. Nobody here knows how to use a torque wrench and when you confront them about not torquing things they'll say must be some ones air tool not working right. Why would you use an air tool to torque something and not a torque wrench? This business is sketchy at best. Save yourself time money and a headache and go elsewhere.
