    I am attaching a screenshot of my submitted complaint with the ************************ It explains in summary what is going on. Consumer/Financial Fraud. I have attempted to request a refund from the District Manager already and after months of not being able to get ahold of him he finally answered my call and I was told to F off and *** him. (*********************** ************)

    Prepaid **** dollars for an engine rebuild, AC rebuild and other work. This was three years ago. I was repeatedly asked to bring parts in that needed to be installed and charged for parts as well. The first of several times they said the car was ready, the engine was never rebuilt. AC was not working. They took the car back each time and don't do the work, a new manager comes in and says it's done. The last time I returned the car it was left unlocked and windows rolled down. Steering column was destroyed and parts stolen off the car. I have pictures to document and paperwork as well. I can't get my money or a running car back. Store manager doesn't return calls and neither does the district manager. The car is still sitting there and the current mechanic says just awhile longer.

    I was given estimate of $2300 Sam the Manager said that the car could be fixed bring him $2000 cash and he would order parts and get right on it. Over 1 year of bad parts and barley getting across the street after picking the car up 5 times.. He said that the car would need Coil pak and another $2600 ... He said bring him $2000 again and he would order. I told him to fix it first and we would take test drive before I paid any additional money. I have spent over $6K with this company and Sam but this is a nightmare. Months go by calling every 2 weeks. Finally Sam says he will have to get OEM parts and it will take a minute.. I go into hospital long Covid 6 months I get a call in April 2022 Stating come pick the car up we need the space I ask for Sam to see what is going on??? He isn't there my car isnt fixed and the Manager says he will have corporate call me... No call....Call again same thing corporate will call... No call about my $2000 I have no problem picking up my care and my $2000 but can get straight answer... Today get certified letter from tow company wanting $1000 for my impounded car going up by $50/Day and going to be auctioned July 8th Called them 3 days in a row corporate will get with you I am stuck and don't know how to come up with money and if they are ever going to call me back ..

He was advised numerous times on the phone to pick up his vehicle, however, Mr. ******* declined to pick up his vehicle. A letter was sent out to Mr. *******'s residence address advising to contact the garage, and to pick up his vehicle. Mr. ******* declined to contact the garage, and therefore, his vehicle was considered abandoned, and was towed.
