    My wife bought me a Zion ******************** Tent in April. The first time I used it on a trip was in June and one of the poles broke as I set it up. I tried reaching out to the company in September to request a warranty replacement. I utilized their online contact form which promises a reply in one business day. After not getting a response I sent them an email and two follow up emails. I have not received any response. I called the phone number listed on their website and it just rings forever.

    I bought a down sleeping bag from hyke and byke and I wasn't satisfied with the compressed size of it. It was too bulky to fit into my backpack. Therefore, I contacted hyke and byke to process a refund, and they responded with asking me my reason of return, and I told them. However, the last message I received from them was a message saying "For all returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and the customer will receive a choice of an exchange or a refund of the full purchase price minus a $13.99 shipping and restocking fee. Hyke & Byke cannot be liable for lost inbound packages". So, I expected a return label afterwards. I did not recieve one afterwards, and I have contacted them multiple times asking them when I will recieve it and if I could recieve it as soon as possible, and I have recieved no response. I would like to process this return as soon as possible because within a couple of weeks I will not be available at home to process the return and the shipping of the return. I repeat I would like to process the return as soon as possible for a refund

    I ordered two sleeping bags (******** 0°F 625 Fill Power Hydrophobic Sleeping Bag with Advanced Synthetic x 2, each costing me $124.97, for a total payment of $249.94) from www.hykeandbyke.com on May 21, 2022. My order number is #*****. I received the package but I would like to return the products because I no longer need or want them. Both sleeping bags have not been opened from their shipping box, both with tags on and unused. I have sent multiple emails to *******@hykeandbyke.com with intent to return the products for a full refund within their 30-day time period, however I have not received any response. I have also sent multiple messages through their "Contact Us" page on their website, and have not received any response, despite their promise to respond within "24 hours," as advertised on their website. I would like to return the products for a full refund.

The customer was refunded in accordance to our refund policy which they were made aware of prior to the return. The refund was processed back to the customers card of payment on 6/21/2022. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/06/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I was finally responded to and refunded after contacting BBB.

    I purchased two down sleeping bags from Hyke and Byke. When they arrived I discovered that although I am a small woman, I can barely zip up the bag around me and my son experienced the same thing with his larger bag (they are just made too narrow for most humans). I also discovered that the advertising is wrong, they are not down bags but, according to the tags, down and polyester blend! I have been trying to contact Hyke and Byke directly through their web site form AND through an email help link that was sent with my initial order confirmation. NEITHER email gets a response. There is no phone number on their website. I called the phone that the company registered the llc with but it just goes to a voicemail for "Daniel" and doesn't even say Hyke and Byke or other identifying information. I think it is a dead leader. I trying to get ahold of them, I started to see a pattern of them doing this same behavior with other customers and also them promising refunds or return postage and not honoring it, and them trying to delay returns past their 30 day window and charging people for returns etc... I just want a full refund.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/05/26) */ After being contacted by BBB AND my credit card agency, Hyke and Byke submitted a refund. I should mention that they told me they would be happy to refund the purchase but I need to ship it back immediately or I would face possible fees or refusal of the refund. I had been trying to return it for weeks so it went right out and the refund was received.
