We had this company come and replace flooring in our condo September 2022. Before starting, we paid 1/2 the total amount which was $3675. They did the carpet first due to how their scheduling worked out then came and did the tile. The carpet looked and felt great, no complaints after they left. The tile people were not reliable with showing up and didnt get the job done in the time they said they would. After they finished not only did they leave a huge mess inside, they dumped a bunch of mortar outside in our rocks in the front courtyard leaving a filthy mess and making it so we have to replace them. They also ruined a lot of our baseboards, the grout is all discolored and just did such an unprofessional job. And they put grout by the doors which are now cracking. The owner came over and discussed how he would help make it right and fix stuff but nothing got done. The rocks are still white and the tile still there and will probably need to be replaced soon because it looks so bad. After a month of waiting for someone to contact us to fix this, they called asking for money. We told them they havent fixed anything and we arent giving them anything till they do. She said shed have the owner call. He never did. Another couple months and here we are in December and theyre asking for money again but we told them were done being lied to and are no longer wanting to do business with them. She stated theyd put a lien on our account when they still havent fixed the issues! We are already working with other people to fix the issues and have to pay them so why should we pay them since were already paying for other people to fix their mistakes.
