1 starThis company was brokered through **** ****. Scammers!! Awful, they wrecked alot of personal items and items have been lost. They delivered someone else's 65 inch tv and medication. They pay 0.60 cents on the pound for reimbursement if it's approved by claims. So they ruined a thousand dollar mattress that weighs 80lbs, .60x80 would be $48 reimbursement. We are pursuing legal consult.Review fromBrian M

1 starTL; DR: DO NOT HIRE–worst moving experience among a dozen moves Rudest company I have ever dealt with. I did not even hire them–they were forced upon me by Interstate Moving as their selected carrier Was told by Interstate sales that all furniture inventory would fit in the truck they coordinated via Oasis–this was NOT the case& for a 5 bed house was expecting an actual moving truck–not a HORSE TRAILER being pulled by a Ford F-150 They kept us up until 1AM. According to mgmt, I should've made them leave when I wanted & return in AM, but they put everything OUTSIDE to load it-couldn’t have them leave stuff in driveway overnight They RAN OUT OF PACKING BLANKETS. They were given the EXACT list of furniture, so how they showed up with not enough is inexcusable I was assured multiple times that they were pro piano movers & told my driver was “the best at pianos”Why then did the piano show up damaged? Then driver had AUDACITY to say that it was damaged prior We paid for& expected a DIRECT DELIVERY. Discussed multiple times how Monday pickup=Thursday delivery, Tuesday p/u=Friday deliv, Wednesday p/u=Saturday deliv. This was discussed with sales AND DRIVER at pickup. They did not deliver until the 12th day-9 DAYS LATE Our “compensation” was a mere $300 off a $10k move. The owner was rude& dismissive, stating “DOT requires $30/day late& we gave you more than that” They showed up on the LAST possible delivery date- 6PM on Saturday—then argued about the COD for the $300 "discount" before unloading When reviewing the move& the inconvenience they caused my family, owner had the audacity to cut me off then said “this sounds like a lot of drama unrelated to the move” EXCUSE ME–how is the 9 additional day delay not related to the move? The stress&anxiety this company caused my family was insane–from finishing the load-up by the light of the garages to the runaround on WHEN they would deliver to the rude driver&owner, I am ASTOUNDED that this company is still in businessReview fromKyle C

1 starDO NOT USE ********* from **** **** was off by $4,000. We never got our kitchen table, and one of our storage shelves was destroyed. Luckily, we got most of our boxes (we think). We did however get a box of someone else's photos. We're working on tracking that person down. The only thing we really cared about was an executive-size desk that belonged to my grandfather. There are a couple gouges in part of the wood, and all the fittings are missing. I really wish I had done more research on these companies. A horrible lesson learned.Review fromSaleem Z

1 starI wanted to share my experience regarding our recent move from Utah to California in September. We initially scheduled with **** **** Moving Service, but a week before our move, we were contacted by Oasis Moving and Storage in Las Vegas, stating they were hired by **** ****. They arrived much later than scheduled and demanded an additional $4,000, which we had no choice but to accept. We stored our furniture with Oasis for five months, paying $900 a month, and when we finally scheduled delivery, many items were damaged, including our TV, fire pit, grill, and tables, with water damage to the couches as if they had been left outside in the rain. We filed a complaint, but their insurance only offered $300 for damages that exceeded $9,000. After escalating the matter to the DOT, BBB, and FMCSA, Oasis contacted us with a proposal to settle for $3,000 if we dropped the complaints, which we did. However, Oasis has failed to pay us, and now they claim that we should contact *** from Safe Ship for our payment, but he has not responded to my emails or calls. We are now pursuing legal action against both companies due to their lack of follow-through and what appears to be a scam, even after we have email confirmation with the agreementReview fromSue A.

1 starOasis storage and moving company was hired to move my personal belongings from Las Vegas to Louisiana. Video’s were taken of what was being shipped. Items were missing and never received. I contacted the BBB in Las Vegas about the situation. They reached out to Oasis Storage and moving company and never got a response back. I supposedly had insurance on my belongings but shortly after the delivery someone broke in my house and stole the paperwork. I spoke to one of the workers that came from Florida to meet the truck and was advised to go to the District Attorney’s Office. BBB also stated something was very unusual about Oasis Storage and Moving Company. The items I did receive were damaged and most went in the garbage. It seemed like my boxes were ransacked.Review fromJim C

1 starThey should allow us to write less than one star. My move subcontracted to this company without my permission, and the person who I originally talk to prior to the subcontracting told me he’d be with me throughout the entire move, but I could never reach him again once I paid the deposit. My review is not unlike any other that’s been written. I went from Salt Lake to Phoenix and despite me telling the first person exactly what I had to mive, oasis didn’t have that and so my bill became twice as high and they had to come back a second day with a bigger truck, and because they couldn’t fit my stuff on the bigger truck, I had to rent a trailer with U-Haul. The only item I had left from my deceased mother was a marble table which was shattered and the marble is gone. I had bought brand new furniture before the move not knowing I was going to move. All of the stickers are still on the furniture. All of the furniture was ruined with legs broken and split in half. Plastic crates were destroyed. There are some missing. I don’t know all the damage yet because emotionally I can’t even fathom how they put my stuff in storage. They wouldn’t even take my curio cabinet so I had to leave that behind. I had that for 50 years. I am a senior citizen and couldn’t carry it myself. And they would not load it into the trailer. This was the worst experience of moving that I’ve had and I’ve moved 17 times. I have called their company for a claims form since the start of June and never got a response. Phone numbers have changed. So my only recourse now is to contact the attorney general and the news. I went from a $3500 move to a nearly $7000 move and I had to take out a loan for it which I will now owe for five years. I don’t know how these people sleep at night. I don’t know how they’re in existence reason, ruined with their Dolly a sliding door, so it doesn’t even close properly. I feel like I paid someone $7000 to come in and destroy all my thingsReview fromCatherine M

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the absolute worst moving company and should be shut down immediately. I went through ********, as the "broker", which should also be shut down immediately. I cannot even begin to describe the destruction that I experienced in my move from Sparks, NV to Tallahassee,FL. I was assured numerous times that this was a full service moving company. Less than half of my valuables were even wrapped. Things were just thrown into boxes. Dishware boxes were not used. Cast iron cookware was placed on top of casserole dishes and serving ware. My Gecko tank was completely destroyed. I even provided water and meals to the two "men" that were supposedly taking care of my things. I assume that the language barrier, as they did not speak much English, was a factor, as I had to continually ask if they were actually wrapping items. Numerous items were missing including a new ladder, tools and an entire plastic tub of family Christmas items, that I packed myself. These people are COMPLETELY useless and should not be allowed to continue to do " business".Review fromLuanne W

1 starMy mother-in-law is elderly. Her experience is the same as many others who wrote reviews. Items that are irreplaceable were broken or stolen. They never responded to any of her requests for reimbursement. To hire an attorney would cost her even more money. It’s tragic and Oasis Moving and Storage should not be allowed to operate. LR
