This place has caused me and my family nothing but anxiety, a financial loss of $3,000, and a problem with our truck that wasn't there to begin with. ($1860 to the business, and over $1K trying to fix the issue they can't seem to find).I went to this place to get new tires for our truck. Midway through the day the shop calls me and tells me that they need to keep the truck overnight because they are having issues with the wheel alignment. I've come here before for the same tire service times in the past and never had this happen. I trusted the shop so I agreed. This business calls the next day in the afternoon and says that they need to keep the truck for a couple more days because they've ordered a part and are waiting for it. I began to feel hesitant as me and my family need the truck for work, but I agreed, again, because in the past this place was trustworthy. This back-and-forth continued for days and they ended up keeping the truck for about a week. When I got the truck back, the truck had a loud cracking noise when driving that wasn't there to begin with. I took the truck back and told them about it but I was met with excuses and no fix. They said at first that nothing was wrong. After persisting more, they told me that it was "just the brakes needing to be replaced". I checked the truck myself and saw that the pinion they replaced was broken. I take it to them, tell them, they check it, and again come denying that anything is wrong. The brakes did need to be replaced. I went to another shop to get our brakes and oil change done as our trust in this place is now zero. I also got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and they told me that the work they did was unnecessary for a simple tire alignment. The cracking noise is still there. All I wanted were new tires and an alignment. The shop is denying that they did anything wrong and are unwilling to correct their mistake. I've grown tired of going in only to be gaslit about the problem not existing.
