    Towed my vehicle from residence without being requested to do so. Vehicle was stolen on 2/19/24 Contacted business to lower unreasonable prices and company will no longer answer. Likely other criminal work is going on and should be investigated by state and federal agency for predatory towing practices.I have contacted my credit card company and requested dispute.

    I am rejecting this response because: The car was not in storage as stated nor was it abandoned. The car was allowed towed due to apartment complex owner and should have not given permission to touch my vehicle.  Fasttowing doesn't respond to phone calls or will work with you to resolve any issues. Fast towing in *************** is an F- rating.

    Vehicle was towed and driver stole a drill and other property from the vehicle there is pictures from police report going on a over a month trying to resolve matter keep getting told to call back ***** the person I was told to ask for will not return call rude staff

    I put a down payment of $3,500 on a 2015 Jetta which supposedly had 80k miles. This car drove terribly, doors lock and unlock because of electrical issues, the radio was permanently locked until I paid a company to unlock it, the odometer was replaced and I wasnt given that knowledge, the back seat wasnt even hooked in when I purchased the car. My car payment was due April 3rd. I called the day of and numerous days after trying to make my car payment and no one would answer even after numerous voicemails I left just trying to pay my car. April 20th my car was towed in the middle of the night by the company. When I called asking if that was done, they lied and said they didnt have it. But the police gave me the exact place who towed it and it was ***************.
