  -5 Stars!! Turn around and go somewhere else, PLEASE! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They took almost 12k of my money. I had my 2017 2500HD deleted (removing Emmisions) $8800. Took them 4 weeks to accomplish, and they used stock parts to complete after paying for aftermarket. 1.5 yrs later, truck was acting up and I gave them a 2nd chance. They called and wanted $3750 CASH ONLY to fix my ECM, and retune it (which I already paid for 1.5yrs ago) they replaced 2 camlocks on the ECM, sat on the truck for 3 weeks. Got the truck back and it was powerless. Jesse and his crew are an embarrassment.....!!! They'll take your CASH ONLY and return it with SHADY WORK....!!

  Had AC repairs performed. Did not give written estimates. Had the truck over 1 month the first time for blend doors, evaporator core, accummulator ($2,600). Went back for cooling issue and had compressor. condenser replaced (another $2,300)(replaced approximately $5,000 for AC repair plus incidental work/service. Massive mark up on parts well over 50% and charged $329 for a drive test. Instead of discussing my concerns, was told I am was telling them I was trying to do their jobs. Will not be doing business with them anymore. Poor customer service in my 2 instances within a month. Caveat Emptor.

  Promised a 2 year warranty that could not be honored because they do not have the equipment sufficient to program the injectors correctly or fuel system. They have Snap-On. After bringing my Ford F350 6.7 into them with a injector 8 code. They said I needed to replace injectors 5,6,7,8. As well as the glow plugs. I was quoted a high price in parts. I found my injectors from industrial injection for $250 with a 2 year replacement warranty. I told the owner this and said I would buy my own parts. They however said they would provide a 2 year replacement warranty with labor if purchased for $449.59 through them. I agreed. They were unable to remove engine codes. My truck was running very rough and they were starting to blame other items that would cost $$$$ more to fix my truck. Upon picking my truck up, the detailed receipt of what they had done, and what they had charged my bank, was not available. I was told it would be ready the following day. I took my truck to another diesel shop in Las Vegas. They looked over my truck confirmed from what the could see without removing the injectors, the physical work was done. They just do not know what kind of injectors were put in. They hooked up my truck to their IDS computer. They reprogrammed the high pressure fuel system values. My truck now runs fine. I have reached out to the owner’s of Xpress Diesel and Auto via phone then in person to be refunded my warranty as they do not have the correct equipment/program for my 2011 F350 6.7 I provided a detailed receipt of proof from the Vegas company of what they did to my truck. I was told by Xpress Diesel and Auto that they will not refund my warranty. And said my truck will always leave with codes as they never promise to fix the codes. These actions are so predatory and unethical. I would like a refund of my warranty as Xpress Diesel and Auto will never be able to complete in fixing Injector’s on my truck.
