    Eagle innovators built our house year 2022. Before we move on December 29 ***** , I Asked **** the owner of Eagle innovators if there is warranty to fix that wasnt working or right and he answered yes . Our cabinet not working will because of screws too tight that is hard to open and close , and our vinyl floor has chipped because it wasnt done well . Before the end of the year or before the 1 year warranty my husband went to thier office so many times and calling on the phone , they said will coming to fix it. Its February 2024 and still didnt come to fix . They keep promising but nothing done yet. Visitors coming to our house noticing it why our cabinet not close? I wont recommend this company because they always want money . I remember when they fix 1 st time our vent and the electrician that they send here to our house it seems like he didnt know what his doing . He said our vent was broken and I said we just used it today . I called the ventilation company and she said go ahead because still have warranty on it because its not even 1 year . I suggest the electrician maybe because of the circuit breaker, it was the circuit breaker. I know they are trying to find ways to get money from us . Why I say this . Because after all the signing done for the house loan . After a month Eagle innovators asking money from me 8k to pay the cement that they put . Instead of putting all together to a loan , I paid 8 k out of my pocket . How if that time I dont have 8 k ? Theyre going to put lean on our house .

    Yes they did contact us before the 1 year date of living in the house, yes I spoke several times to the husband about this and how buys we were at the time.

    We were very busy at the time, and also had to do some research as to how to fix the cabinet problem.  it has since been resolved on February ******* we were there and after even more research on our time we sent the client information on  where and how to get a gas shock for the cabinet since they are not happy with what came with the cabinet.

    The flooring she neglected to mention was "bad" because it is LVP (installed correctly) and they are using an office chair in that area (and a couple other areas) without a protective mat.  This was explained to them and they have now obtained protective mats for these areas.

    I am not aware of her vent complaint.

    Always wanting money complaint is only to get what is due to us, they had a construction loan thru CCCU and CCCU closed the construction loan before I got all the bills turned in so yes we did ask them to pay out of pocket for concrete they had requested as a part of the original house plans.  I also do not recall telling them I was going to put a lien on their house for any reason, because I was working with VCS as a 3rd party to CCCU, so I am not sure where that one is coming from.

    He came to the house telling  my husband to buy some material for the cabinet and he said before he leave by the way you have to take off what you have complained. He never fixed the cabinet . That it was thier fault because they built it and uses the cheap materials and now they were asking us to buy . We have 3 office chairs in the house and only 1 room had problem  my eldest and my husband are big and the other room that was ruin the floor he is not that big . If  they did it right how come 1 room only get ruin . I notice it was hallow . They didnt put enough cement  and they didnt level it right . How come he is not aware of the vent complain . Why we ask him to come over the electrician if nothing to fix.

    To my knowledge this has all been taken care of and or discussed with the husband, who verbalized understanding.  The husband did speak to us as she said, she did not talk with us she went straight to you. 

    The entire 1751 sq. ft. of the house has the same flooring, why is only one spot bad?
