    Order#: 0868 ****** Transaction ID: 8NHXXXXXDMXXXXXXT Total amount: $383.14 Transaction date: 10/25/2021 Refund requested date: 6/14/2022 Details: October 25th, 2021 I purchased a set of wheels and paddle tires from recreation tires. Knowing that supply is limited, I was purchasing ahead of time for the summer of 2022. Not receiving any contact from the seller, I began checking in occasionally. My first request for status was January 26th. From this point until June 14th I was repeatedly told that the supplier had either not yet shipped the order or was not responding to the seller when requesting an update. Finally on June 14th I requested a refund. Replies began taking longer and I was told multiple times that the refund failed to process or emails were "bouncing back" and not being delivered to me. July 28, 2022 I was told they may have to send a check or a ****** Transfer. LAST CONTACT FROM SELLER: August 1st, 2022 I was asked how I paid and if I have a ****** account. I responded with my ****** info and sent the confirmation from the invoice 10 hours later. August 12, 2022 I noticed the sellers website was down and emails were suddenly failing delivery. I tried to contact the company facebook page and received no response. The website returned after a few days. I have sent 7 emails and attempted to call this company 5 times since they last responded. No reply and nobody answers the phone, voicemail is always full. I waited 8 months for the items before requesting a refund. When seeing the site down I thought they may be having a tough financial time and offered to settle for in-stock items that could possible use. Resolution request: At this time and after reading reviews here noting this as a trend with Recreation Tires, I just want the refund.

    I ordered a front and rear set of atv tires from this business on November 30th 2020. The total cost of the Oder was $624.26 months went by with no contact. I emailed the business to the email provided from the site with no response, I made multiple phone calls to the number they provide on the site. No answer. After months of calls I was able to reach a person to talk to. They assured me that my order would be coming in the next couple weeks and that the would email me when they ship. This email never came, instead I made more calls that went unanswered until I was able to get them on the phone again on December 2nd 2021. At this I asked to just be refunded since my order never arrived, they agreed to refund my money. I still do not have my money or the product I ordered. I have been calling them daily and it goes unanswered and their voicemail box is full so I am unable to leave a message. I am continuing to make the calls but have not made any headway.

    My husband ordered sand paddle tires for his ******* quad and although the money had been withdrawn from our bank account, we still have not received the products. This order was placed last year and originally we were told there were shipping delays but now they are no longer in contact with us. We have been attempting to email and call the company multiple times in the last year regarding the issue and have not received a response. They are no longer answering their phone and their voicemail box is often full and we are unable to leave a message. At this point we would just like our money refunded so we can take our business elsewhere.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/06/15) */ I have waited a month since the businesses response and still have not received any sort of reimbursement. Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2022/06/29) */ is there an order number for this? we are having trouble locating this order. we see that we said it was refunded but are having trouble even finding it.
