- Refund and Exchange Policy
- ACE STUDIOS has a NO REFUND policy. At any time during this AGREEMENT, CLIENT has the right to decline the remainder of services and sever the working relationship between ACE STUDIOS and CLIENT. In the event that CLIENT terminates his/her relationship with ACE STUDIOS, CLIENT forfeits any and all payments made. CLIENT is not entitled to a refund in any amount for any reason. Upon termination of the working relationship, all outstanding balances on CLIENT’S account will become due immediately. Within ten (10) business days of termination, ACE STUDIOS will present CLIENT with a final Invoice of Services. CLIENT agrees to pay any and all outstanding balances for all advanced costs and services rendered up to the time of declination of services in full immediately, but no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the final Invoice of Services. In the event of non-payment, ACE STUDIOS reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under Nevada law to recover all payments due, including, but not limited to, hiring a collection agency to pursue payment for all unpaid fees and/or initiating legal proceedings for collection of unpaid fees.
