1 starI purchased a range in 2020. In 2023, the unit was recalled due to a carbon monoxide leak. The company contacted me and sent a replacement in June ********, less than a year later, the oven on the replacement unit has stopped working. I submitted a service request on April 5th, 2025. Since then, *** had an extremely negative experience with the companys customer service.They are slow, unresponsive, and do not provide clear answers or timelines. They have not replied to my emails, and Ive had to call daily just to follow up with no resolution. It feels like they are stalling intentionally, while I remain without a working oven for nearly a month.This situation is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate repair or replacement, and a clear resolution timeline. I also expect better communication and accountability from the company. 1 starAbsolutely the worst company do not purchase their product it is garbage and they have no customer care at all. I have no idea how they received a good rating by the BBB Purchased $20k of appliances, less than 1 year the $9k refrigerator stops working- thru out hundreds of dollars of food, sent in photos, video, etc. Fast forward 1 month multiple phone calls, emails etc. Finally received the part they believed was broken only to have them tell me it would take 10 days to get someone to replace the piece. I hired my own person for $357 had them replace it and that only fit half the problem Please listen to my warning do not throw your money away with this unethical companyReview fromCharles S

1 starIt is impossible to understate my level of frustration and dissatisfaction with this company. I purchased a Dishwasher and Fridge in January. The delivery from the warehouse was completely bungled, with our equipment being left unattended on a NYC sidewalk with no notice that it would not be delivered into the building. Then, once installed, the Dishwasher has never worked, spitting out a drainage error alert after the first minute or two of being turned on. Our contractor has reinstalled and moved the drainage set-up at my expense twice. All of which has been documented and photographed and has become part of a lengthy back-and-forth via e-mail with the company. At every turn, they blame the contractor, me, and anyone else; they have yet to ever consider that there might be something else wrong with the unit, or even bother to send a technician to examine the unit. They promote their products as "Attainable Luxury," but there is nothing "luxurious" about their customer service, and the only thing I've "attained" during these interactions is additional costs, endless headaches, and frustration.Review fromLonnie M

1 starAfter the completion of our new home in 2024 - the initial start of the problems with ZLINE Appliances. 1.) The Vent Hood arrived damaged three times. 2.) The Microwave in our Butlers Pantry was damaged and the black stainless coating is coming off after six months. 3.) This Dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes or the inside of the machine. Overtime the machine has started to smell moldy. Also the top rack is broken. Note! We only use it once or twice during the holidays.4.) One month after the warranty expired the heating element in the Range burned out. This repair cost around $450.5.) THIS IS THE KICKER! WE OPENED THE REFRIGERATOR AND FOUND THAT ONE OF THE SHELVES HAD SHATTERED! GLASS EVERYWHERE! AFTER TRASHING ALL OF THE PRODUCE AND INSPECT THE SHELVES I NOTICED THAT THE PLASTIC FRAME HAD BROKEN IN MULTIPLE SPOTS. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING ZLINE FOR A WEEK NOW FOR DIRECTIONS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACKS. " IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...... DON'T PURCHASE THIS BRAND!!!!!Review fromMichelle D

1 starI would love to give 0 stars, but that is not an option. Bought $10000 worth of appliances, when installed none worked correctly, missing parts, inoperable, etc. After 100s of back and forth emails and calls where I had to measure and take pictures and await shipping and warehouse processing delays, I even had to pay my own electrician to come in and look at my electrical because zline tech said it was on my side. It was not and had to prove again with pictures! I finally gave up. Had to fight for a Return authorization on unused appliances and pay to have them loaded and returned to store. ******** customer service that blamed everyone from me to the techs, to *****, to Lowes for poor product and customer service. So disappointed in this company and product! Congratulations though you have amazing sales ***** that work hard to lie and cover for your horrendous products!Review fromEmily S

1 starIn less than a year of using it the bottom heat element burnt out. I called and got *** a new part. I had to find a repair man. After calling over ****************************************************** He was hesitant as he hates Zline. Well he installed it and it broke within 30 minutes, not only did the replacement heat element break the whole oven broke. The replacement part was 'faulty' according to CS. So they ***d me another heat element and now a thermostat which I was told would fix the problem. They finally agreed to cover me under warranty and ***d someone to repair it instead.Finding someone willing to repair it took two weeks and the repair company they got they had to beg to come out bc they hate Zline. The guy came to fix it and not only did it not work but they had absolutely no clue what was wrong with it. And the owner of the repair company couldn't tell me the issue. The repair company contacted Zline to ***d a third set of parts one of the parts being another thermostat be the one they ***t me may have been faulty.Two faulty parts, two different shipments. Zline decided to ***d the third package not only snail mail but it was coming from *********** and took A WEEK to leave their facility. I live in ********** so *********** isn't fast shipping. Not only that once the repair guy left it broke more, now one of the burners only turns on about half the time At this point I'm FUMING. l've been so nice so patient with all of this. I own a business the requires the use of my stove to afford things like Christmas for my family as l'm a stay at home mom. So 6 weeks without my oven is already detrimental for my family but now I have to wait longer and no one can guarantee these parts will even work. I called to see if they could offer a partial refund. With Black Friday coming up I want to utilize the sales and potentially replace it. 1 starZline does not stand behind their products. We bought a complete kitchen package from Best Buy and the double oven went out in 6 months. It would not keep time and the top oven is heating at 70 degrees below the set temperature. After chasing customer service around, I finally got in touch with them and while they were responsive once you can get an agent, they did not cover the full cost of replacement. They delivered a new double oven and left it in my driveway as they will not pay to bring it into the house. They also will not cover the cost of removal and haul away of the old unit or installation of the new unit which cost me $350 at Best Buy. 1 starI purchase a Zline Range in 2022, it got recalled and they send another one in April 2024. Tried to use the oven and the second one they send didnt work at all!!! Zline sent a technician 3 different times to resolve the issue but was unable to fix the problem. So we are now in October 2024 and I still have a range with an oven that NEVER worked. I have been without an oven for about a year now. I demanded that the company refund me back the $3506.02 that my husband spent to buy the range from the beginning but they refused to. Zlines solution is to send me another range. So this will be the third one they send me, hopefully it works and doesnt explode or poison me or my 8 children.Review fromJennifer R

1 starWe have an oven from March 2020 that is an RA48 model.We had an electrical fire underneath 2 weeks ago under the burners, because the wire harness was compromised. Its believed that Mr. ********* made a diagnosis that the wire harness was melted, because the heat of the oven melted them, and then it caught on fire from the wires being exposed and conducting a fire from wires crossing.We had a huge problem when the fire Started we thought our house was going to blow up because we had it connecting to the gas while the fire was going and all we could think is the house could explode because of the stove faulty malfunctioning. Our stove got so hot if any toddler or child touch the stove they would been Burned, for the stove or oven. We were first offered parts for the switched and wires to be sent, two weeks later they have bad news they dont make any parts for our stove anymore. 4 year old and no parts?! I dont see this company being in business much longer, unfortunately. We were given the option to purchase another stove at 30% when I can just go online and get 25% off a stove. I would I never buy Zline again. These products should not be allowed to be sold in the ***. Furthermore, we had a microwave that sparked and could also caught catch on fire any of the Z-line products that are electrical I would highly recommend to not buy them. They might set your house on fire, because zline seems to think its not there responsibly for their product after warranty. I have picture and documents of all the fires.Review fromJulio J

Refrigerator model RFM-W-36 is the worst refrigerator ever, I have for less than 2 years and havent been able to run it smoothly. So far 4 repairs has been completed from the same issue, the cable in the middle drawer is being broken constantly which the technician also share that is a design issue and if compared to a vehicle this model should be considered a Lemon vehicle.
