Refrigerator model RFM-W-36 is the worst refrigerator ever, I have for less than 2 years and havent been able to run it smoothly. So far 4 repairs has been completed from the same issue, the cable in the middle drawer is being broken constantly which the technician also share that is a design issue and if compared to a vehicle this model should be considered a Lemon vehicle. For a 5k piece is a total disappointmentThe company response its even worse, they dont even get the calls!Review from Neal E

Zline RA30 range is completely junk. We have had it for 5 years. Replaced the oven elements 3 times. One under warranty and now two times on our own. The wireing harness and oven element electrical connection has melted and broke every time. When the repairman fixed it the second time, he said it could have burned our house down. When I ordered the replacement element, the customer service agent said it has been redesigned in the last year. We will wait and see if it really was. If you want to be constantly replacing parts, buy Zline appliances.Review from James T

Got a 36 range and hood in 2018. Within the first year the lighting on the hood went out. Then the oven and broiler started their work when they want to business. Then a fix for The problem that fixed nothing Then a recall, money back for purchase or new/remanufactured range. 6-8 weeks... That's laughable. 4 months and nothing from them so I called to find out and get put back on the list for a remanufactured range with electric oven. I expect to be call-in gin September to be told 6-8 weeks again. ??. All together 4 months so far with a notice to not use the oven which is ok because it don't work anyway and now another 6-8 weeks of no oven.. What next?Review from ELAINE D

Recently called **************** because my range hood wasn't working. They diagnosed the problem and assured me that I needed a new $150.00 board to fix it. When I went to install the board, it turned out to be something entirely different. I called to return the part and was told it was not returnable! So, not only was the problem misdiagnosed by Zline in the first place but now I own $150.00 part that I will never use. I am completely disgusted and quite angry with the **************** policies. Number 1; If you don't know what the problem is, don't suggest an expensive fix and Number 2, if you are incorrect in your diagnosis, don't expect the customer to pay for your mistake. These are just honest business practices and common sense.Review from Paula L

I got a 7k new refrigerator back in March /24 and having issues since day 1! Keep exchanging emails and hours on the phone waiting!!!Finally The warranty sends 2 people here today and not only they didnt know why the freezer is not freezing accordingly and melting the ice cream and the condensation is happening but they could not fix the ice maker because the piece sent was incorrect!!!!!!!!And just after they left my fridge now has no lights on inside???now I was left with the same 3 issues i had before PLuS one that now my lights dont work! It is a nightmare to get someone to answer the phone, each time q new rep has to go over the notes, and the warranty guys come and also say this is a terrible brand and with lots of issues and dont know how to solve them! what else do I need to experince? it's been 3 months! it is a 7k item!!!!someone please solve this!!!Not to mention the panel ready is hard to be flushed and does not look like a cabinet because it cant be flushed since the hinges does not open enough!!!ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC Response

Ive had nothing but problems with this company. Bought their gas stove/oven from Lowes. Had two hire appliance repair for 2 eyes that stopped working. Then I received a notice that a repair was needed on our item by an experienced gas repair which they repaired. Six months ago we received a notice to stop using our oven immediately because of danger gas odor coming from their stove. They said we would be contacted by a qualified repair company. We finally were called by a computer contact that someone would be coming to our home. No one came. I accepted 5 appoints that no one showed. Finally I found out from the operator who said ***** appliance was fixing the ovens. I called our local ***** appliance and they said we arent qualified to work on gas stoves where we live in VA. After several calls to ZLine they agreed to arrange for trucking company to pick up and deliver new stove. I had to find a company to hook up gas line to stove. They came and connected y to new stove. Heavy gas odor came from inside stove unit. They double checked all connections and has smell was coming from inside oven. They insisted that gas installer say wher gas leaked and to disable stove and red tag. The gas company disabled the stove as directed. My wife and I have been without a stove for over 6 months which included Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter. I was told they were quickly going to fix our situation. We asked for them to give back our money and to pick up stove or let the new appliance seller to take away the zline when a new stove is delivered. I talked to two different service people at zline and the last one said she was going to get on it Wednesday evening. Its Friday evening April 5th and no response. Weve had an unusable oven in the middle of our kitchen for several days. We are both elderly and are at **** end.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC Response

I love my oven, after 18 months the convection portion of the large oven stopped working, I contacted customer service and they were no help, I sent video after video and photo after photo and they kept asking for more instead of telling us what replacement parts to buy. I even showed them in the videos all the seals and hinges and they kept asking again and again. Turns out the entire lower bake element was fried, the wires were burned up and was a massive safety hazard. Instead of replying to my email with the photos of the burned unit they asked for more photos of seals and hinges. We purchased the Lower bake unit kit and replaced the whole thing after doing our own research. This was a known issue but they didn't help, instead tried blaming the oven on not keeping the heat. I still have the videos and photos to document it all. Good news is after replacing the lower baking element with the entire kit, everything is working wonderfully again. Bad news is customer service is still terrible. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they can get their act together and help the customer.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC Response

In less than 5 months of owning my Zline Dual fuel the oven quit working properly. Weve emailed and called to no avail. This was 2021. We have spent the last three years doing our best to make do. The oven will get extremely hot and burn everything or wont heat up enough to cook the food much less melt cheese. Everything was hooked up by professionals (electric/gas) so its not an installer issue. This company is a joke and the customer service is non existent.
