      I am writing to address the distressing discovery that you have been sharing my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, resulting in inaccurate reporting on my credit profile. This violates my privacy rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 and 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, which mandates written consent for such actions.Your inaccurate reporting, including incorrectly labeling timely payments as late, has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I demand immediate corrective action and cessation of unauthorized information sharing. I also seek compensation for damages incurred.Please rectify this matter promptly.       I have searched our records and cannot locate an account for this consumer. I have used the name, address, phone # in my search. We do not show any of this information in our system. The account number that the consumer listed is not ours. The consumer might have us confused with another company.

      On 04-18-24 I responded to a complaint from this consumer. That complaint number is ********. As previously stated, we have researched our files and are unable to locate an account for this consumer with the information provided.

      If the consumer will provide us with the date of birth, social security number, and/or our account number we can research this matter further.

      I purchased the Reverse Health weight loss app thru an online ad. When I opened the app I saw that it is in a format that is not usable to me. I requested a refund and they will not refund the purchase. They are requiring either a doctors note or that I try their system for 2 weeks without result in order to refund. Its not that it wont work. I have no idea. But it wont work for me based on my lifestyle and finances (it has very specific I pre-set meal plans that are not feasible). I have a large family to provide for. Instead of a refund they offered me a free lifetime membershipthat I cant use.

      There are no notes in our files that show the consumer ever contacted our office to request anything regarding this account.

      We have contacted our client and they are in the process of locating an itemized statement that we can provide to the consumer.

      Creditor claims I owe them a debt from a utility company. I'm disputing the debt I have with the utility company. The homeowner was supposed to switch the utilities of the house they own after I moved out. The utility company tried to charge me for what the homeowner owes them.

      This account was assigned to our office 09-28-21 in the amount of $184.40. We tried to contact the consumer several times and had to leave messages. We called the consumer on 11-3-23 and were hung up on. I have reached out to our client and requested an itemized statement for the charges and also requested they advise us if the consumer's name was removed from the account when he vacated the property. We will provide the itemized statement and reply from our client as soon as we receive them.

      I'm not liable for this debt with 10 SPPC DBA NV ENERGY. I do not have a contract with B & P COLLECTION SERVICE they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      This account was assigned to us 03-22-18 in the amount of $219.14 for SPPC DBA NV Energy.

      On 03-23-18 we mailed our First Notice to the consumer.

      We called the phone number on file several times and left several messages with no response.

      On 06-22-20 the consumer contacted our office asking us to accept a settlement of less than the amount of $219.14. We informed the consumer that we cannot make settlements on utility bills. The consumer hung up.

      On 07-28-20 we contacted the consumer and he again asked for a settlement. We again explained that we cannot accept a settlement on a utility bill.. The consumer requested a call back on 08-07-20.

      We contacted the consumer on 08-07-20 and received a payment of $109.57.

      On 09-04-20 we called the phone number on file and asked for the consumer and were hung up on.

      We do not show any notes that the consumer requested a copy of the original contract. The balance on this account is $109.57

      I received a notice on my credit report of collections for $45. ************* **** . I'm assuming its a final **** . I have never received any **** or contact from either ************* or business and professional collections. If it's a valid **** I have no problem paying it. But I would like it removed from my credit when is paid since i was never notified prior or given an opportunity to pay. I have no other collections on my report.
