      I wish there was a way to leave less than one star. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I paid a loan in full, received a lien release then was sent a bill a month later. Communication was nearly impossible and after months of dispute the account was sent to collections. No one could give me a definitive answer as to why they though I owed more money, nor any documentation that added up to what they claimed I owed. I had thought the issue was settled until I received a notice about my credit score being reduced. After again contacting them the balance was still not settled and this time I was told that I disputed two previous payments, but only for a partial amount for some reason. None of which is true. After going in circles with the representative I gave in and paid almost double the original amount they claimed I still owed just to avoid further damage to my credit score. I would avoid doing business with them at all costs.

      Thank you, for being a FreedomRoad Financial Customer. The payment received on 10/27/2021 was the amount of the principal balance due and did not include interest or fees. The amount remaining was principal, interest, and fees. We received 2 payments shortly after that, but these were both returned for their full amounts, leaving a balance due of principal $185.29, interest *****, and fees of $31.05. The payment recently received covered all but remaining fees which have been waived. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us.

      Absolutely pathetic. I have been repeatedly hung up on the past 3 phone calls in order to resolve an unauthorized credit application transaction! Complete lack of professionalism.

      FreedomRoad Financial works with dealers nationwide, dealers submit applications to us. **************** submitted your application to ** on 01/11/2024 the reason for the inquire on your credit report. FreedomRoad Financials Dealer Agreement states dealers agrees to conduct all transactions related to the terms of the Agreement, in accordance with all applicable laws. **************** should not have submitted an application to us with out your consent. FreedomRoad Financial will be removing the inquiry on your credit report. We were able to locate two instances where you called our main phoneline. It appears that we may have been having phone issues at this time, we are sorry you had difficulty contacting us.

      I was told I was set up on the automatic payment plan last month in May when I last called to make my payment, but I still made the payment early just like every other month that I have paid. This month I wasn't able to make any phone calls so I wasn't able to call to make sure they were going to pull it out automatically. (Shouldn't have to). Now I'm trying to call and contact them during their business hours and I can't get ahold of nobody to see why my payment hasn't been paid. This is very stressful and I hope I don't have to get a lawyer involved. Not only is this mistake you guys have made going to affect my credit dramatically but it's going to hit my grandfather's as well, thx!

      ******, Thank you, for being a customer of **********************. Per your contract, late fees are not charged unless a payment is more than 10 days late. The due date on your account is the 18th day of the month, and all your payments have been made on time. Although we are not able to accept a debit card for recurring payments, there are many options detailed on our website *********************************************************************. If you sign into our online banking application, you can set up text messages, check your balance, and payment status. It is a very useful tool to manage your account!       Absolute criminals. I consistently receive NSF fees and late charges when my account is fully funded. **************** continues to blame my bank but after contacting my bank they had no holds on my account and were able to verify full funding of the account. Their system has always had problems and their customer service reps were unhelpful and rude.

      God awful! I literally tried to set up my account online, the system will not let me proceed on, keeps erroring out, Ive tried using the phone automated systems, again wont let me, I finally had to call in and make a phone payment. (I have 2 loans so thats 18 dollars. 9 dollars per payment) ******* was extremely rude, could careless on helping with a resolution, offered Zero options, just pay it.. I will be paying off these loans ASAP -and NEVER doing business with Freedom Road Financial again. *** also put a call into the local dealer that decided to use these clowns and let them know what a burden they have put on me and my family with theyre decision! Unlike Freedom Road they were very concerned and will contact other clients they have also used Freedom Road.. Ive been around for a while and have lots of loans with lots of different companys, this is by far the worst experience Ive ever encountered.. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING FREEDOM ROAD FINANCIAL.

      I have done nothing but pay extra on time every month. Make the final payment to the ***** and they send me a **** the following month for $2.21 besides the $3 processing fee. I will be using a different lender next time

      Freedom Road Financial charged me $4712.00 instead of $247.12 and wont refund the almost $4500. They wanted to mail me a form and put me through an almost 30 day process. So now my bank is disputing and filing a fraud claim. I would highly recommend not using this service.

      Please do not use this lender. I read the other reviews and did not take anyone's advice unfortunately. I really wish I had heeded the advice of others but I was persuaded to use them by the dealership because I think they had some sort of incentive.My experience: They initiate transactions and charge your financial institution earlier than the date you authorize. Overall really shady company and rude customer service reps.
