            Hello I ordered underwear from Shaper somehow shaperx took ok two amounts of money for same underwear. I notified them within 5 min that this was an error please cancel they texted back 24 hrs later said they would but didn't. When I received the underwear I put refused and paid the fees to return the clothes. They received them back on Jan 10th they claim to have sent my bank the money back on the 21st of Jan they have not! My phone would not work to send copies to shaperx but I offered twice to fax them the papers from my bank. They never responded. I have tried to get my money back was told wait 4 days but they didn't not refund the money. So I went to my bank on the 5th day and filed to get my money back. The supervisor Lauren at my bank said they tried for 8;weeks can't get the money back. I've never had this problem before. The shaper x said we won't send money back if you are trying to use your bank to get it. Then they told me they sent the money back on several occasions which is not true. Then they said wait 75 days after March 1st . But I don't trust the company as I didn't order these type of underwear I can't wear them then they know they owe me the money but I keep getting refused the credit back. I shouldn't have to wait 75 more days to be told wait again. The bank does not have the money the shaperx company has my money and the clothes. The bank closed the account 2 weeks ago about the refund.

            Avoid this company at all costs. They will send you anything different from what you actually order and youll have to pay to ship it back before they offer to exchange. Thats all youll get. No exchange or refund, no chat, no phone to call. A week later - after I reported them to PayPal, they responded with an apology for not responding to my emails. If I wanted an exchange I could get my shipping fee back, if I wanted a refund, I lose the shipping ($13.25). If I wanted my shipping refunded, I had to cancel the case with PayPal. If I wanted my refund, I had to cancel the case with PayPal. They were going to try to force me to cancel it before giving me a refund. Then for sure I would get nothing back. It turns out they didnt have my items in stock like their site said they did, so they took my order, sent wrong color and size garment and thats how it began. I was smart to use PayPal for the purchase. I escalated the case to PayPal, who investigated and are now processing my refund of the purchase price. I lost shipping fee, but am glad to be done with Shaperx/Waistrainer. Buy your garments through a large merchant, like ******* or Amazon. This is a dishonest company. Run away.go elsewhere.
