    A Service provider, Reno tahoe golf academy Spark NV, did not follow through the contract of $2000 for 30 sessions. I started class with Brett **** K******* on July 19th, 2023 and last class was September 15th, 2023. Brett was late about 30minutes 2 sessions out of 9 classes and did not make up the losing time for me. One session is 1 hour each so that was half of class was not provided. I attached photos of text that he late twice about 30 minutes. I see it as rack of his responsibility and unprofessional on providing service on time and proper amount time, therefore I asked him on September 15th for the refund of 21 sessions and he agreed to refund me $1190. Therefore I texted him on September 15th about my zello information as a resource to refund me. If you see the attachment of photo about september 15th, it stated the zello information about refund and he agreed to refund. He told me to wait a month, so I waited and contacted with him on October5 17th 2023 and he changed his word and refused the refund as he promised. Then he blocked my number and ghosted me so I cannot contact him through text nor calling. I was not given my service as promised. I lost my right to take 21 classes and he was not willing to give me the service I paid for $2000 for 30 sessions. The quality of service did not meet expectations and I am not satisfied with the quality of the service because of his rack of responsibility. I tried to resolve an issue with service provider first, but I was not able to get resolution from the service provider and provider blocked my contact. That obviously showed that he is not providing proper service to me what I supposed get from the contract. So I need help from BBB to resolve this refund issue from unresponsible academy.
