            On 6/8/2022 and countless times before the provider service representatives stay silent on the phone (They do not hang up, I suspect this is done so records do not show that they hung up) forcing us to hang up the phone when calling to get benefit information for potential clients. It is an administrative burden to have to call back multiple times to get basic information needed to move forward with establishing a client with our practice.

            We acknowledge that our system transition has caused issues with our phone system, we actually can hear the provider, but they can't hear us, we try calling back, but for the most part we are not successful because the phone number in the caller ID goes to an IVR system. However, we feel we have identified these issues and fully resolved them. If the event that you are still experiencing similar issues, please call ************ and ask to speak with Hometown Health **************** Manager.
