The hotel was in extremely poor condition. Non smoking room was pumping out smoke during our entire stay (9/9-9/11). Lamp broken, cigarette burns on the wall and the AC panel fell. I reported the issue first thing in the morning on 9/10 and was offered to fix the problem (none said anything about moving our room). On 9/11, upon check out around 9:30am, I reported the issue again and also expressed that the AC panel fell off in the middle of the night. I don’t want to be charged as a deposit was taken at check in. While I was talking to a younger lady, an older blonde lady at the front desk charged to our window and said the hotel is old and we just have to deal with it. If we reported at check in, the hotel would’ve moved us. I told her, we did report it yesterday and no one said about moving us. The blonde lady brushed us away and basically repeated herself. She was mean, unprofessional, and had an attitude. When I called her on her attitude, she said she was perfectly nice and said goodbye to us. I walked out feeling shocked. Another hotel guest came out to comfort us and agreed that she was just very mean. I wasn’t planning to make a big stink about this issue but I was definitely not treated right during my stay at Reno Suites. Therefore, I’m seeking a refund of my stay and an official apology form the hotel.
