I came to this location for a 60 minute massage on February 17, 2024. I used a Groupon to pay for my services which they gladly accepted. The massage would qualify as assault and battery. The masseuse intentionally pushed on places that should not be pushed on - the veins in my neck, my eye sockets, my breast tissue and armpits - and intentionally caused pain even after I asked her to stop multiple times. At one point I told her quite forcefully to not push on a bruise I had on my foot and she pushed on it harder causing more damage to my foot. It hurt so badly that I unintentionally jerked my foot which resulted in me kicking her on accident. She responded by punching my multiple times with closed fists on my leg and side. I left immediately in fear and told the business that she had hurt me. They just said sorry. I have multiple bruises all over my body and scratches from where she dug her nails into my skin and drew blood. I called the business today to complain and speak to their owner. They just referred to me as the “Groupon girl” and told me to call back on Tuesday. I’m writing to complain to you because this business is not safe for people and they need to be investigated. It reminded me of an Asian human trafficking location. What happened to me could be considered assault and battery and I have considered filing a police report. I implore you to investigate this business and help the people that may be trapped there and keep what happened to me from harming someone else. The pictures I have attached are from immediately after the massage. These are the early bruises. I have more today on my hands, feet, neck, and face.
