    Merchyt LLC and it's authorized agent of record Angelo Q****** obtained my business information and forged a merchant contract through Card Connect which had debited our account for a total of $2109.16. We've reached out to the business multiple times and was provided with confirmation on numerous occasion that they've processed the refund. As of 9/12/2024 nothing has been received and all calls are now being routed/transferred to voicemail. The contract signed with Card Connect was done without my knowledged and authorization as well as signed by an email this company created. We've filed a dispute with our bank Wells Fargo and spoke to Card Connect represenative Sebastian Ascencio Ramirez with no resolution besides going back to Merchyt LLC for a refund. We've requested a copy of the contract for reference and can provide once received. Should you need additional information please reach out to me.
