    Gold alliance went out of business and took half of my money with them. This company was a scam and I have no recourse for getting my money back because they are now out of business.

    Outstanding service. Friendly, informative, patient and thorough. The one thing that concerns me is they only buy back what they sell you. So keep your paperwork. And it still works for me. I have purchased a few of times. *****

    WARNING WARNING WARNING. RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF. IN 2021, I INVESTED APPROXIMATELY $29,200 IN GOLD AND SILVER. I DECIDED TO LIQUIDATE SOME 3.5 YEARS LATER AND WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT ****** WAS $23,200. BE ADVISED, GOLD AND SILVER IS TRADING AROUND AN ALLTIME HIGH. GOLD TRADES AT APPROXIMATELY $2340 AND SILVER AT ABOUT $28.50 AS OF THIS WRITING. PLEASE TAKE YOUR FUNDS BECAUSE ONCE YOU DECIDED TO LIQUIDATE, GOLD ALLIANCE OR SHOULD I SAY ******************* WILL TAKE ALL YOUR SO CALL PROFITS, IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, JUST WAIT AND SEE. I FEEL AS THOUGH THIS WAS AN CHARITABLE MOVE ON MY PART AND NOT AN INVESTMENT.     This was one of the smoothest transitions I have ever made in my life. The people at Gold Alliance were super friendly and knowledgeable. I started last Monday 12/4/23 when **** got on the phone with Fidelity to get my funds out of my old 401K. I got the check from them on Thursday 12/7/23 and thanks to **** I had my prepaid ***** label and deposit slip ready to go. They had the money loaded to my account Friday night. Today, I spoke with **** who was able to help me select my metals. I just wish that every company had this level of customer service and attention to detail that they have exhibited. I appreciate all the help from everyone I worked with.
