I moved into a Kromer investments property called Riverwood Apartments. I then shortly after started working for the company in the office of said apartments. I worked there for about a year. The girls in the office were very faulty and rude and verbally abusive. I ended up quitting and letting the company know about the girls behavior. moved off of the property, emptied the whole unit. all that needed to be done in the unit after I moved out was a paint job one small medicine cabinet mirror replaced and one door replaced. Before the girls from the office were fired, they wrote up my move out documents and sent them to collections. However, in those documents, they charged me for almost an entire new unit to be replaced. There are even duplicate charges for items that there were only one in the unit. called and physically went down to the corporate office to sort this out and get the actual balance. That way I can pay it off. But nobody will talk to me. Nobody will get back to me. Every time I go down there they say there’s nobody to talk to me about it. it’s affecting my credit and making it to where I cannot move if I wanted/needed to because nobody will take me with a rental collection on my credit. I was a very good employee and I was a very decent tenant. I do not deserve this and I just need somebody to help me.
