              I’m so upset. I submitted a bag for authentication on 10/12/22. I never received a confirmation email- which made me realize there was a typo with my email address. I checked out as a guest- so there was no way to message the company. They have a phone number listed that doesn’t work. There is no email address listed. How can a business where you pay for services not have any way to contact them. It’s so sketchy. I started messaging the company on social media as I had no other option- I got a response on Instagram on Friday, 10/14/22 saying they would fix the email and get back to me but I never got an email and they never got back to me. I keep messaging them via Instagram and I’m not getting any responses anymore. Tomorrow will be a week since the incident occurred. I was supposed to get an email with verification 24 hours after I paid, we are now at 144 hours. This business needs to have a way for customers to email or call. This is unacceptable. I paid 40$ for this service.

              This company is used by Mercari to validate presale high-end items before they are listed. The problem is they do not answer their phone and ******* blames them when my item for authentication purposes came back as fake. I believe ****** and this company are are in league to steal money from senior citizens based on my experience. Wherein I paid $5 to Mercari for Authentication and then Real Authentication, LLC. wants to charge me $30 for the exact same item. I think somebody needs to look into that. rip off.
