**** of Sierra homebuyers came out to our house and was very friendly and polite enjoyed talking with him. He didn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. He was very honest and that's what I liked about him,if you are looking to sell your house give him a shot first, I don't think you will regret it thank you ****

I would like to say first and foremost, thank you to Sierra homebuyers for making the selling process of our home painless and seamless most definitely the best service we have received through a home buying and selling process the steps that they had guided us through was easy as 123 we had seen the advertisement on TV look at the reviews on the Internet and we took the chance we called the number and immediately started the process. We had set the appointment and I had met the owner ****. The professionalism and good stewardship, and the plethora of knowledge that **** had was comforting to know we had made the right decision. **** and his team Quickly got us going through the process with no stress, no worries and peace of mind. Its good to know that they are still traditional values in business that you can trust. I am giving Sierra Homebuyers five stars on this review because they stood by their word and did exactly what they had said they were going to do. Additionally, they made the sale of my home quite easy and there were no surprises. I owned a townhouse in *********** and it had become unlivable because my next-door neighbors were engaged in activities in their unit using highly toxic chemicals. Sierra Homebuyers offered to buy my house as it was. All I had to do was sign the sales contract, fill out and sign the closing documents, and the proceeds from the sale were deposited into my bank account on the day of closing. There were no phantom deductions or anything. I got the money that I was promised. I also got a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. I had no success in dealing with the problem for 10 months. I am now free of that problem and Sierra Homebuyers can leverage its capabilities to resolve the issues with the neighbor. Thanks!Sierra Homebuyers
