    On 12/8/22, I renewed my contract agreement with Bridgewater Swim academy to provide my daughter with swim lessons from 1/2/22-2/20/22 Mondays at 3pm. I informed them per their policy on the date of renewal that I’d like to get her rescheduled for 12/12/22 as we will not be in town to make the lesson. Make up lessons were communicated to us on 12/13/22 and 12/14/22 but none of those dates provided worked for us. Since then, no other make up dates were communicated. I then get communication back and forth between 1/16/23 and 1/20/23 that the 3pm spot is no longer available. A verbal agreement was reached on 1/21/23 in the morning around 10am but I then received an email at 11:12am stating it’s no longer available and I would be getting a refund for $250.00 for each lesson from 1/23-2/20. I initially paid 400.00, 50.00 per lesson. I emailed and messaged on 1/23 and 1/24 about the make up lesson from 12/12 that I paid for but never received. Both the coordinator person Amy and owner Holly stated it would be scheduled but did not provide dates or any timelines. I asked for a 50.00 refund for the lesson from 12/12 and they have not agreed to a refund. Also on 1/2/23, I emailed the owner Holly a concern about students vomiting in the pool and a scheduling issue with 1/2/23’s class. The email was not responded to by the owner. I’m requesting a refund of $50.00 for 12/12/22 lesson as I no longer want to conduct business with this establishment.
