    Unconscionable, obnoxious harassers and scammers!!!! They quote 800% the top normal price for their windows for hardly any discernable improvement. They use pressure selling tactics and the sales people are instructed to wait for TEN no's from the customer before they agree to leave your premises. They are scammers that prey on the weak. The salesperson that visted my house stayed for THREE HOURS and then tried to pressure sell me. He quoted me ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS for 21 windows; I got it doone for $17,000 My neighbor had to call the police to get the salesperson to leave. The worst thing is that they WILL NOT STOP HARASSING YOU!I have asked to be taken off their sales lists SIX TIMES formally. Still they will not stop harassing me. Never have I hated a company more. Government: please DO SOMETHING. PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND SHUT DOWN THIS HARASSING SCAMMER.

    We ordered custom French patio doors and a new front door by Renewal by ********. Installation was scheduled on December 14. The French patio door installation went fine. The custom front door arrived without the peepholes that we requested. The installation could not be completed because they did not have the interior trim kit, so there is no interior trim around the large front door and the insulation and open framing is visible around the entire door interior.They re-ordered the interior trim kit and scheduled completion of installation and ***************** of the peepholes five weeks later on December 21. We made arrangements to be available for the installation completion. We were notified on the day of the installation completion that they could not find the trim kit in their warehouse. They would have to delay installation for another two weeks until January 2.If this next attempt at insulation is successful, we will have waited seven weeks with a partially installed front door for them to have completed installation of the doors and placement of the door peepholes.We are very unhappy with our experience with Renewal by ********, especially considering their price premium.
