  Lincoln Heating and Air was accommodating to coming out as soon as they could while working with our scheduling and the technician was nice but overall there was a lack of knowledge. The technician had to keep calling coworkers and supervisors for help after tearing apart the circuit board on our system and taking apart our thermostat. He was having trouble finding the problem while giving a quote of $2000 on how much it would be to fix when he didnt know what the problem was while also continuously saying throughout the evaluation that it would probably end up being more. He came to the conclusion that it was the circuit board and said hed have to come back at a later date because he didnt have a replacement on him and that he had other calls he had to respond to. Completely understandable and we chose a date hed come back on but said he needed to take the circuit board with him to get another one. Paid the $218 it cost for him to come and evaluate and he left. Never heard back from the technician or Lincoln Heating and Air for days so I called them and told them that their services would no longer be required and to cancel any possible appointments. I went on ******* and did some more of my own troubleshooting and got my own parts and fixed the problem myself. The technician was completely wrong about what the problem could have been. Had nothing to do with the circuit board being faulty. I will not be using Lincoln Heating and Air or recommending them to others. It may have been an off day but the lack of knowledge and customer service was underwhelming. Especially when all it took for someone whos never fixed a unit like this before could do it from a ******* video while a trained professional was completely unaware of the problem while still trying to up charge on service.

  Lincoln heating and air has been the best experience i have ever enountered. Easy to work with and answered every question. The techs who installed my equipment were on time, friendly and courteous. Was a pleasure. I definitely would recommend this company

  From the first phone call for an appointment, to ****, the tech arriving and doing a yearly check up on our AC, it was effortless! **** did an amazing job and fixed a part that I had pointed out was making a noise at the end of last season. He explained everything throughly and wanted to make sure that I completely understood all. There was no pressure in fixing anything, hes not a salesman that just wants extra money from you! I have never felt this way with any of My past experiences with Lincoln Air and Heating. A very honest company to deal with! I highly recommend them and they have customers for life!

  **** was very kind and professional. He came to my home on a Sunday as my thermostat was not working properly. The office staff is amazing as well, always being kind and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lincoln Heating and Air.

  With my 25 year old furnace and air conditioning unit needing ***lacement, I searched for a ***utable ******************** company. After reviewing BBB reviews, confirming Nevada contractor board licensure, and reading the companies' **** and ****** reviews, I decided to get an estimate from Lincoln Heating & Air and two other companies. The Lincoln *** kindly and immediately scheduled the estimate. ***** the estimator arrived on time and proved to be highly professional, courteous, answered my numerous questions fully, and brainstormed with me on the pros and cons of each option. He was blatantly up-front about costs and never pressured me. He noted that Lincoln could resolve a separate, unique hot water heater issue that I had, but he advised me that I could save a lot of money if I instead hired a plumbing specialist. He could have tried to upsell me, but didn't. He never pressured me. This kind of integrity and honesty are priceless, and prompted me to take the time to write this review. I chose the mid tier option, which was actually a couple thousand dollars more than the other quotes, but the workmanship and service warranties as well as how I was treated made me pick Lincoln. The front office staff graciously coordinated payment, permitting, and building inspector follow-up. About 72 hours later I had a new heat pump with gas furnace back-up installed, humming quietly and keeping my family and me comfortable. The install team of ****, *******, and ***** was professional, courteous, and cleaned up everything after the day-long install. Kudos to Lincoln, with every interaction--from front office to estimator to frontline install technicians--exuding an organizational culture that TRULY prioritizes customer service and excellence. Thank you and keep up the great work!
