            Got a credit card from Scheels through the **** of ***** purchase some items. Few days later I went to pay my bill and they put a fraud alert on my account. Would not send me a bill would not allow me to sign up for online billing. They won't give me the exact amount of what I owe just paid them $757 I had to make seven phone calls to make it happen and I feel the amount was too high. I would like resolution on this account with the exact amount I owed and if I paid too much I want a refund

            I recently ordered cross country skis from Scheels. After being delayed for multiple weeks a small package arrived that was empty save a single piece of bubble wrap. I called up Scheels assuming this to be a mistake as the package label even had a weight of 5 lbs printed on it (the box and bubble wrap were a few ounces). Initially, the customer service agent seemed helpful. She asked if I could send pictures of the box. I did as instructed, send pictures of the box inside and out with the shipping the label. I received an email a few days later that Scheels would be doing nothing to help with the situation. I feel like I was stolen from, I urge anyone considering using this company to not make any purchase online through them. The customer care follow through is abysmal and they certainly do not seem interested in repeat business. Spend your money elsewhere.
