This incident originally happened in December of 2023, there was a bartender named Jimmy at the California bar. We put $200 in the video poker machine. We were done and ready to play slot machines/table games. We tipped him $20, as we were leaving this bartender yelled at us for not giving him enough of a tip. We were upset but everyone has a bad day and didn’t think everything of it. Fast forward to today, we are in Tahoe and we saw this bartender was not working. We decided to pay video poker, a gentleman named Allan was fantastic. We saw Jimmy was back on, we decided to move on, we tip and I needed to use the restroom. We were gone not even 5 minutes, I realized I left my vape at the bar. I went back to the bar, I was ignored for 5 minutes before a gentleman that just clocked on finally acknowledges me. I ask him if I have left my vape. He states that he just got here but promptly asked the bartender Jimmy if he saw a vape. He states no, I was about to walk away and these group of ladies remember me and tell me that they saw it. They inform me that they remember me and describe my vape. The women interject and tells Jimmy hey I gave the vape to you. He tells me nope don’t remember it. At this point I speak to the supervisor on the floor and the bar supervisor. They go and look for it. They can’t find it. The bar supervisor buys us a drink at a different bar. We were there maybe 10 minutes and decide we are done. As we are walking about the security guard calls us over and gives me my vape. I want to preface this has nothing to do with the vape, it’s the principal of this bartender that is clearly a problem. We love Harrahs / Harvey’s. Everyone there is amazing. This particular bartender has made this experience uncomfortable and the fact I have to make a complaint to this extent is ridiculous. It’s the principal of the situation at this point. The fact the vape was found upsets me more. It’s a $50 vape, but no apologies or acknowledgment is ridiculous.

(02-19-2024 / 02-22-2024) This byfar is the worst hotel stay I've ever had in my life! Motel 6 gives better service compared to this place. You think you're paying $50 a night but by the time you checkout and pay, you're actually paying around $300 after all of the "hidden fees." So mind you, since you are paying that price,, you'd think they would at least leave you towels or vacuum your room!!! No way. They only do room service if you stay 6 days. What pig cleans their house every 6 days? There was 2 wine corks underneath a nightstand and a pill on the floor when we checked into our room on our floor. (Mind you I have a 4 year old that could have easily picked it up and swallowed it if my husband and I weren't so vigilant.)The standards of this place place compared to what you pay just doesn't add up. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and they said "they might come clean it after 4 p.m. My husband called the housekeeping lady and she had the audacity to say "if I have time I can come and clean it." They never came. We had our garbage over flowing, dirty floors, dirty towels, my husband had to flag down the bell hop to get new towels, the safety latch on the door was broken, staff that didn't care and over all a nightmare experience that should have never been. If this is their standards OSHA seriously needs to shut this place down. I would seriously stay at the motel 6 or sleep in my car before stepping foot in this dump again.

My husband and I stayed at Harrahs Lake Tahoe on 11/9/23 for a two night stay. We were charged two separate charges on 11/10/23 at two different eateries. We never ate at either one of those facilities. We didn't realize the incorrect charges until after we were home. There was an issue with our room the first night, and we were moved to another room. We believe that we were charged incorrectly from the previous guest's stay. There were two separate guest folios (************ & ************) We have since called several times and no one answers the billing department. We have submitted emails as well as complained through TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from any representative from Harrahs/Caesars. The first reference number is ************ for McLennan Bar ticket number #******* for $14.85. Second reference number is ************ for Starbucks-HR ticket number ******* for $14.14. Therefore, I am asking for a refund of $28.99 in which I was charged incorrectly. I am respectfully asking for your help considering I have not heard back from anyone at Caesars Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you soon. **** *******

I checked out of Ceasars Lake Tahoe on Feb 10th 2024 and I left my medical records in the desk drawer which contain obviously very confidential information. I contacted Ceasars the same day and filed a lost and found report and also a day later with an update and also called the lost and found and have heard nothing. How difficult is it to go to room ****, open the desk drawer and send my records to me. I was injured while at Ceasars but not on the property but I am thinking they are trying to avoid litigation. I just want my records. I work for the WA AG office and in fact do injury litigation. I am not interested in that, just a response.

2 weeks ago I stayed at Harvey's Lake Tahoe. When I scanned my Harvey's players club card in their kiosks, it displayed a room rate of $119 possible for Lakeview suites (see attached photo). I inquired at the front desk and they told me no suites are ever available at that rate! I showed them the photo of their kiosk advertising it, and they still wouldn't help. I asked for the manager and the best she could offer me was $119 IN ADDITION TO THE FULL ROOM RATE I ALREADY PAID. I accepted for 1 night as I was leaving the following day. I have since been in contact with a manager named Andrea M*******, who basically admitted that ad is a sham by her response. I will copy and paste it here: Hi *****, Since we are a casino hotel, players have priority when it comes to suites. They are not available to cash guests in advance. The suites that are not given to the players become available to cash guests close to arrival date. The front desk is only permitted to sell the suites that are released to cash guests. Hope this helps answer your questions. Thanks, Andrea

We booked the Harrah's Lake Tahoe Hotel for Aug 16th, 2023, through the hotel website. I was clearly mentioned that free cancellation before 24 hours. Due to climate issues, we decided to cancel the trip and called the hotel for cancellation and hotel receptionist canceled the booking and stated that we would be getting the refund in 7-10 business days. After waiting for 10 days, no refund was issued. After calling many times with no resolution. Also was repeatedly told to wait. After seeing no refund, we filed a dispute to the credit card ( CITI Bank) but the hotel now stating their policy is for 48 hours instead of 24 hours which was a fraud as on booking it was 24 hours and on calling, they said yes we will be getting refund but now they change to 48 hours which is deceiving to customers. This is clearly fraud to customers. I would appreciate your help to resolve this and help other future customers to be aware of this type of frauds by hotel

We stayed at Harveys end of december. We were given a car that was not safe to travel in snow. We had to make other arrangements to get out of Harvey before severe winter storm in order to get to our flight home. Thrifty did not pick up their car for 3 months. Harveys charged us for the car being there. Harveys failed to specifically state that there would be a storage fee to us at any time. Thrifty should be charged for any issues. Harveys has caused us damage without due notices. We request full refund. We have complained to Thrifty and in process of finding counsel.

I was not provided an itemized receipt upon checkout and they are trying to charge my credit card for an amount that I have no idea what I am being charged for. I have tried to reach out to the property to speak with a host or a manager, the name I was given was Karie H*** and I have not received a call back or the bill sent to my email as promised. I would like to file a formal grievance against the cashier Kayla S**** for being very rude and unprofessional and not providing me with an itemized receipt when asked for one. I don't feel I am being unreasonable for asking for these charges. before I pay on my credit card for something that my be a mistake, The bill was extremely high and I questioned her about the charges and she said they were 333 dollars and then said I will use your points and I will be putting 125 dollar charge on your credit card. I tried all day on Sunday to get a host to call me back and was told I am a Platinum member and we are not deserving of host and we don't have to connect you with one because your level of play is not high enough. But wait.... If I have a problem I don't have the right to speak with anyone, that is the last straw for me. I will not be going back there again.

On 1/21 around 11:15pm pacific time, I was playing blackjack at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe. The issue began when the dealer dealt everyone at the table their first card as normal, but when he went to deal everyone their second card, he accidentally skipped the first player and started dealing second cards to the rest of the players. We quickly saw that and pointed it out. I was sitting in the second seat, so I received the first player's card, and the person next to me in the third seat received my second card. It was a very simple fix, all that needed to be done was to move the cards over. Based on the correct card order I had a blackjack. The player in the last seat never got to see his second card, but he had an Ace up. The pit boss, Jacqueline O****** - who had just walked over and didn't spend hardly any time evaluating the situation or talking to the table, quickly tells the dealer, Greg, to declare a mis-deal and scrap the hand. The table was obviously not happy with this and we began pleading with the dealer and pit boss. Nonetheless, the hand was scrapped. We discussed it for a while with the dealer and pit boss, but they mainly ignored us or just told us to leave if we didn't like it. It was frustrating, and we all decided to cash our chips and leave. Then I handed Greg 4 black $100 chips and 4 green $25 chips so that he could give me a $500 chip, and I kept my 1 remaining $100 chip in my hand. As I was talking to Jacqueline, Greg reaches over and takes the $100 chip out of my hand. I asked Greg what he was doing and he said something that didn't make any sense about having already paid me. I asked Jacqueline about it, and she claimed that she didn't see it, then proceeded to argue with me about whether she was standing there when it happened. I have gambled at Caesars properties and been a Diamond member for years, and I have never been treated so poorly. Finally, Jacqueline threatened to throw me out for asking if there was someone else to talk to.

My family and I have been locals since 1968. We have supported Harrah’s/Harvey’s Tahoe since then…until tonight!!! Price gouging is evident here, and also taking advantage of a disabled person during the Mosquito Fire!!! After returning from the well advertised Jackson Browne concert to retrieve our vehicle. We questioned a valet-parking charge of $40, since did not know of this extra charge nor saw signs. We insisted the valet returning my BMW to me and we were threatened with not receiving our vehicle keys back and/or a threat of arrest for defrauding an innkeeper. Subsequently, we asked to speak w/the security/general manager of Harrah’s/Harvey’s Tahoe to work out a resolution to our misunderstanding. The valet and manager were extremely rude, The GM was intimidating, got in my face and was yelling directly into my face. I believe he had something against women. He refused to have a civil conversation regarding this matter and kept threatening us with arrest??? We had eaten at their restaurant and attended a Jackson Browne concert there that evening with friends from out of town staying at Harrah’s. The manager refused to listen and came at us in an intimidating manner several times. We tried to reason with him and explained we were locals who frequented their business and had never had to pay for parking at Harrah’s/Harvey’s while patronizing them since 1968…why all of a sudden the parking-valet charges? He refused to listen to a woman and called in security for backup. The manager furthermore refused to let us leave with our vehicle unless we paid the $40, have us arrested or tow our vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous to treat long time locals who brought out of town friends to the Jackson Browne concert put on by Harrah’s/Harvey’s Tahoe this way. Just to clarify, we have supported Harrah’s/Harvey’s Tahoe since 1968!!! No receipt was given after asking. Not attend any future events that support Harrah’s/Harvey’s Tahoe.$40 refund and public apology requested.
