Hello: Thank you for taking the time to address my concern. My friend *****, who has the same tiered membership that I do is being offered a substantially lower rate for his hotels stay. The specifics are as follows: January 18-21 Double beds. Basic room Basic Gold tiered Caesars total rewards. Including fees, taxes, etc., he's at about $200. My rate is almost $460.Initial Complaint

On May 20th at approximately 430 am I was walking out the back entrance to the back self parking lot, upon exiting harrahs I took two steps and the third step I tripped, fell, my foot got caught in a casino sign that was laying in the walkway, i got up quickly, realized I had peed my pants from the fall, also my left foot/ankle hurt and it hurt to put pressure on my right knee. A man dressed in what I assumed was a maintenance uniform saw the entire thing, rather than helping me he instantly ran and picked up the signs and said “the signs (there were 2 or 3 large construction signs) shouldn’t have been laying in the walkway like that”. I, currently at the hospital and because of direct negligence of harrahs casino I have a broken foot, 3 broken toes and I’ve torn the muscles in my knee. I am a housecleaner and with a broken foot there’s absolutely no way I’ll be able to work, for weeks to come. I don’t want to call an injury attorney however I will immediately if harrahs casino would rather we settle this case before a judge.
