I booked this establishment to clean my mothers car and it was not done to my satisfaction. There is still stains on the seats. The windows have a white film on them and I was under the impression that the services paid for was inside and out for the amount that I was charged. When I called on Friday to question the service I was spoken down to by the woman that retuned my phone call. I was told that the price that was quoted was for a location that had no running water or electric. When the reservation was first made it was to be completed at my location of employment where there is most definitely running water and electricity. I emailed this business a couple times in the days leading up to the appointment to say that my work schedule had changed and I would not be getting there until after ten and there was no response so I changed the location to my home. When speaking to the person from this company on the phone I commented that could have found cheaper and her response was " why did you not do so" I hung up the phone and about five minutes later someone started calling my cell non stop.Business response

She agreed to an Interior Detail for a '11 **** ****** for Friday October 22nd @ 9AM. She originally gave us her work location to do the work. She called on Wednesday October 20th to change locations. We confirmed this location change via email. On the morning of Friday October 22nd we spoke to her upon arrival to confirm we were at the location ready to service the vehicle. After we completed service, she called to complain because she expected to get exterior service. She claimed she purchased exterior work, when she only purchased Interior. Please take a look at our email chain that includes the original quote request, her order, and appointment confirmation. I also attached photos of the the work we did to prove we showed up and completed it as agreed. She threatened to contact BBB and she tried to scam ****** and us by attempting to get her money back from ****** after we did the work, but they determined we did the work as agreed.
