      Where to begin? I "won" a free facial on Complexions ** page. I drove 2.5 hours to receive this (on my birthday weekend nonetheless). I was so excited that I'd won and to go! When I got there, I was talked into a more expensive facial, which was supposed to be $25 more. I also opted for an eye treatment, which was $20. The esthetician was nice enough, though slightly odd, and was trying to sell me products that I didn't need. The worst part was when I went to pay and the total came to over $150! It should have been maybe $50. I was in a hurry so I paid on a credit card and left. Later on, I did the math and realized that I'd been charged for my "free" facial. I had to contact the spa for a refund. I did get the refund a few days later. However, why did this happen in the first place? Later on, I left a review on their ** page. The owner called me a couple of hours later and emailed me an hour later. I emailed her back and told her I took down the review, but to stop harassing me! I thought the ordeal was over, but just today she texted me out of the blue asking if there was anything they could do to change it. I reminded her that I had already taken it down and that at this point it was harassment! This tactic seemed like bullying to me into taking down my review (which I'd already done), but it bugged me that she was bothering me again. Come to find out, I'm pretty sure she had the wrong person. Needless to say, I think these people are morons. They don't know how to tally up a bill of services or keep track of who is who among their customers/clients. I do not recommend them and will never go back! I also won't be taking down this review!

It truly was a communicsation error on our part and the price should have been modified when you came in the first time. We were happy to have gotten it correcteed within a few days and applogize for the inconvenience. We are happy you enjoyed your facial. We do always recommend products as a way to maintain the results obtained during your facial. It is always your decisio as to weather you purchae them.
