    I used Trending Insights to clean my home. The first time they did a great job. The 2nd time they no showed! I called and they said they forgot! I rescheduled after that but the 4th time they no showed again! I called, left a message and also emailed them! I got a message the next day say they had a family emergency! Ok, I understand that but at least call me and let me know! I have since decided not to use them again and sent them a message! I have not gotten any response!
