I paid a $65.00 for a COVID test back on 1-28-2021 at ******** * ****** **** in *********** **. I filed a claim with my medical insurance company, Capital District Physicians Health Plan (CDPHP) of Albany NY, per a phone call to them because at the time, all testing was supposed to be free. After spending many hours on the phone with them, they informed me that my payment was sent to ***** ******** **** on 3-16-21 in error. I have emailed them and called them several times to get this money refunded to me and still have not received it back. I have explained to them several times that my money was sent to them in error, but they are not understanding. It has been 11 months since I had this test done. I think I have spent more than enough time trying to get this refund back for an error the my insurance company made. I work in an accounting office for a large telecommunications company and I don't understand why CDPHP can't correct their own error and have my refund sent to me. If we make a mistake, we have ways of correcting them, we do not make our customers try to collect money from other people. At the same time I filed my claim, I also filed a claim for my husband and daughter. All three claims were paid to three different people/places. How does that happen? fortunately, my husband's was paid correctly to him, but I also had to spend hours hunting my daughters payment down, but was able to get hers back. So, long story short, I would just like my $65.00 back without having to spend any more time on this for something I did not do. Thank you for any help you can provide,
