    Ordered and they took the money Said it was on the way but could not provide any tracking number at all. Then said they would contact me then said on the way but could not tell me when or how it was going to be shipped. Several other people also have the same problem if you look it up.

    Made an order July 14, 2025. Received a confirmation email that the order would arrive on July 17, 2025. It is August 1, still have not received the order. I have sent 3 emails to customer service, that have gone unanswered. There is no tracking information provided.

    - Date of the transaction: May 14, 2025
    - Total paid to the business: $85.65
    - The business committed to provide me: Knots rope dog toy set, outdoor waterproof mat, orthopedic waterproof large dog bed, shipping protection; Estimated shipping date was 1-3 business days with a possible slight delay due to tariff changes
    - Nature of the dispute:
    --- After waiting over a month for the products, I received an email communication on 6/27/25 stating that one of the items is out of stock and offered me a full refund.
    --- I accepted the refund offer on the same day. I never received it.
    --- I then bought similar items elsewhere and no longer need or want the items from the business.
    --- On 7/9/25 I received a shipping communication stating the out-of-stock item had been shipped.
    --- I sent the item back to the business via 'refuse delivery.' This refusal was necessary and was also recommended by the business.
    --- I never received any of the other items I ordered and paid for. I don't have any of the items from the order in my possession.
    --- I have continued to request a full refund of the entire purchase from the business. This request continues to be ignored.

    Complaint #********. The business refunded 98% of the order. This is not what was requested as I requested 100% refund, however, I will consider this complaint closed. Thank you for all your help with a resolution.

    I ordered 2 couch covers 2 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. I emailed the company to no response( not even in my spam folder)-- thought to leave a review today and it looks like thus company is just taking our money and not sending the product-- LOTS of the same complaints as mine- I think they are fraudulant and would like you to look into them.

    I ordered 2 things from FunnyFuzzy and emailed to see the status of my order, online it states it is in process for an order that I put in on 6/26/25. I again, reached out to them to refund my money and haven’t heard anything. There is no phone number for customer service and the only way to reach out is by email, with no responses.

    The company finally reached me and wanted to give a discount for the troubles and I rejected and wanted the full amount.  The full amount was refunded.  Thank you for your service as they didn’t communicate prior to me reaching out.

    I ordered a dog bed that was supposed to be delivered by June 7th. I have reached out several times, and it still hasn't arrived. I have been repeatedly told it would arrived soon, but it hasn't.

    I ordered a dog bed from the company FunnyFuzzy. I ordered it on July 15th. I have sent them four emails regarding my order, and no one had gotten back to me. When I use the email I was sent for confirmation, the website is no longer available for me to even see my order. I would like to cancel and refund my order because I now think this was a scam. Thank you to whoever helps me with this.

    I've now been having a back and forth with the customer service team for weeks. Not only did it end up taking closing to a month to ship/be delivered (ordered in mid May finally delivered almost a month to the day in mid June) - but then when it arrived it was not the correct measurements. I ordered the Jumbo Plus size and always meticulously measure dog beds to ensure they'll fit (in this case my dogs and the car). Not only was the height 5 inches shorter than advertised but the length was as well. When I pointed this out and asked for a return, customer service claimed it wasn't an issue of quality so I would have to ship the return myself (to china). They are refusing to waive the shipping fee for the return nor have they even shared the return address with me.

    I placed an order on April 21, 2025 for a Dog Princess castle. I paid extra for shipping protection. I spent 201.53 and I have never received the item or tracking number. The company said they could not provide a tracking number or a refund which violates their shipping protection plan and their company policies on their website.
