            Brought bike in for repair and "tune up" last season: Dec 2022. It seems that nothing was ever done and they charged me for parts. Such as chain: I'm being told my chain has worn out as of Jul 2023. Tires replaced: I'm told the rear tire was showing replace strip. The engine has issues with skipping on putting force to get up hill: told no problem. Upon going elsewhere ******* replaced it. {And these guys tried to calll next ** velo service center to say that dropping the battery somehow caused problem with engine. I would think twice about doing business with these people; they should not be trusted in my opinion.
