    Has been calling and are very rude on mobile as well as at work. These people call several times in a row several times a day. I also believe they have been told not to contact at work several times. They should be ashamed of the way their people speak and act on messages left. State it's a time sensitive matter and I need to contact them before the have to escalate the case.

    Hartford management group has called and left threatening messages about a judgement against me. I felt threatened and scared as they called my work and felt I had no choice but to make payment arrangements . I looked into them more after our conversation. I saw that they are not allowed to lie and use false statements to coerce people into making payments.

    I received a call 10/2 & 10/3 from the number ************ stating that they were from that it was Emily from The Hartford Group and that several messages have been left for me and I have failed to respond and now she is requesting and immediate response is now being requested. There was no information as to what it was regarding other than a petition? I’m unaware of anything with this group?? And they are also harassing my family using to get to me?? I have received no other messages until 10/2 and the woman leaving the voicemail is was very rude. I also don’t call people back unless they tell me why they are calling me specifically. They should stop calling my family too because that is extremely unprofessional!!! If you tell me the exact reason your calling, I’ll call you back because there are a lot of spam calls!!

    I’ve received many calls from a Pam A***** stating she is from Hartford Management Group. Leaving ridiculous voicemails threatening me with legal action. Calling my place of employment. When I tried returning the call it just rings and goes to a voicemail. The harassment is becoming overwhelming.

    I have received two threatening phone calls in the past two days from "Tammie" in their legal department asking to speak with me regarding a legal matter. The second voicemail said that she needed to speak with me or my representing attorney. She said that if she does not receive a response from me that they will have no choice but to take necessary action to resolve this matter in accordance with my state laws. She did not state if this call was an effort to collect a debt or provide any other information. I know I do not have anything in collections, or any legal actions pending against me and have received no written correspondence from this company. I feel I am being harassed and threatened.

    Company contacting family members refusing to say they debt collectors and being rude. Never saying they collecting monies for another company or that we on a recorded line

    I received a call from Debra stating she was from The Hartford Group case #the ******** did not disclose where the debt was from or the amount and never said that this is an attempt to collect a debt. Once a debt is closed or charged off it IS ILLEGAL TO COLLECT ON THAT DEBT. NO I WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK.

    I recd a threatening call from Deborah S. stating that she has a petition in her office regarding me. And that legal action is pending. No mention of what the petition concerns. I am 76, retired on a fixed income. I lost my supplemental income during COVID and my financial situation suffered. I hesitate to call them back because it will only cause my blood pressure to increase. I just need them to be honest and tell me why they left such a threatening message.

    These people keep calling me and I have no idea why. I do not owe them any money and they will not leave a reason why they are calling. They have even gotten ahold my my work phone number. They need to stop harassing me for no reason.
