    Strap in for a ride. 1. Brought my children to a different winning smiles location and our 2nd visit was rescheduled on us the day we arrived unbeknownst to us. So we brought our kids elsewhere. (I should’ve stayed away myself, this was my mistake) 2. I got myself into a different facility (listed on this review). I went in for a cleaning atleast that’s what I thought and I was inspected and suggested to have my 2 wisdom teeth removed just because they existed, 2 cavities needed to be filled. Ok. 3. In between waiting for my fillings I had an infection shortly after this inspection. Their dentist said I needed a root canal so they did one on the spot, they put a temp crown on and it fell off within an hour of me leaving. They provided me with denture glue and that didn’t work so I had no crown. 4. Months later I have my 2 fillings done and 1 tooth reacts to hot/cold. The other tooth was in severe pain, the worst pain I ever endured. I spent 36 hrs awake sipping water every 15 seconds to smooth the pain. Of course I called them and they said we can get to you next week. I went to urgent care for medication and endured the week taking antibiotics, ********, and *******. When I arrived they poked me with tools until I was tearing up. Then numbed me finally and gave me a 2nd root canal. They gave me no temp tooth and I have a large hole in the center of that tooth. They booked me months out again. I take my work day off with my new job (on probation period) and I luckily got my boss to borrow me a day from the future and the morning of the appt. They called and rescheduled it months away because they didn’t have a tech assistant available. 5. So to sum up, they costed me an 8-hr personal day, I have 2 teeth with 2-4 months uncovered after a root canal. Do not accommodate emergencies within a few days and their hours are generally 8-5 and no SAT/SUN. 6. Now my 2nd root canal is getting an infection and they offered me 2mo out booking. NEVER GO HERE!
