    DO NOT GO HERE! This was hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Not only did the staff (Sophia) completely damage my nail and even my fingertip, but they were also shockingly rude when I tried to address the issue. When I asked to speak to the owner, they told me to leave in the most disrespectful way possible! To make matters worse, when I was waiting at the counter to speak with the owner, one of the ladies falsely claimed to be the owner and came up to me to check the damage they caused to my hand. She then rudely pushed my arm away! Unbelievable behavior for a customer-facing role. Sophia and this other lady absolutely has no place working with people. I felt extremely disrespected and humiliated. No one should ever have to go through this kind of treatment. Adding insult to injury, both Sophia and the other lady had the audacity to accuse me of fabricating the situation to avoid payment. This baseless claim is utterly absurd, especially considering I didn’t even receive any completed service from them. I halted the process immediately after they damaged my first finger—see the attached picture for evidence. This is not a review out of spite—this is a genuine recall of everything that happened. If the owner cannot uphold proper behavior from their employees, I can’t imagine how this place even serves the public. They clearly have no understanding of customer service basics and showed no remorse for ruining my nail, my finger, and my entire day. I left feeling insulted, hurt, and completely disappointed. I can see this business has no remorse on what they have done if they have any respect, I would even ask them to release their camera footage to show what kind of business they run to the world. STAY FAR AWAY.
