      My psychiatrist recommended them to do adhd testing. I contacted them and set up 5 appointments- 1 consultation and 4 testing appointments. Earlier today I received a call while I was on the way to my primary care they left no voice-mail. They called again while I was in the waiting room and asked if I was available to talk, I let the receptionist know I was in the waiting room at my primary but was available at any time tomorrow. She said okay and that she would reach out tomorrow. The next thing I know I get a text message that was so poorly written with my name spelled wrong and everything shortened like to u instead of you, r instead of are, b instead of be etc. I thought it was a scam. When I said my name spelling and that I wasn't sure if the text was real Dr. Grover got defensive and then kicked off the appointment list. I spoke to the receptionist the next day who apologized profusely and was embarrassed. It turns out it was Dr. Grover speaking to me like this and canceled my appointments. ?? For anyone struggling, I suggest steering VERY clear from this provider and establishment. I wish I could attach the text messages for folks to see.
