I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter ********** THAT i CANCELED BECAUSE i AHD COVID. I called and the woman asked me if I wanted to cancel app the appointments or just the first one (because there are a few in the set) . She said to call in a few days if I was feeling better. I was not. And called and left a message that I was not and to cancel all the appointments in the set. I got a return call that I was all set. The appointments would be canceled. But that same night I got a reminder call from the automated system saying i had an upcoming appointment. I called back and left another message like "hay I canceled this appointment I thought I was all set". Only to get a bill for a 100.00 Missed appointment a few days later. Im sorry but I think thats the bigest crock of crap ever. I not only canceled the appointment. Covid is real. And I could have come up there likea jerk covid positive like nothing was the problem. But i didnt. I was responsible and you fel through on your end. now you aren't returning my calls. So fine. Im going to sit here and write complaint letters all friday and you can pick whose you are going to respond to. the department of health. the attorney general the better business bureau, or the NY's governor because i wrote complaint letters to all of them before i wrote this one. You are bad at your jobs I do ot owe you 100.00 and I am not paying you 100.00 and Id like a statement saying i have a zero balance. or I'm going to keep writing complaint letters since you have decided you do not want to return phone calls. We'd never come here if the only other option was out of state we'd take it. I clicked refund because there was no option for correct your billing error.
